I also am one of those backers that recieved a box that has damage either from packing or shipping. There is a big long rip on the bottom of the box under the tape on one side that keeps the lid attached. It goes almost 3/4 down the long side of the bottom. It's right on the curve/bend where the box switches from bottom to side wall also. So it's torn both side the side wall and the bottom directly under the tape. I am nervous I will make it worse if I were to open this to inspect everything.
