Project Update: IMPORTANT UPDATE: Neck Accessory Change
Hey, Cookie Crew!
I just wanted to pop in with a quick update. Our manufacturer has been working on the mass production, and they informed me that the snap buttons that were on our accessories were breaking far too frequently. So, I had to figure out an alternative and decided to go with ribbon.
You can see a video of it here: https://youtube.com/shorts/dRvxwy2r_MY?feature=share
I realize this may not be to everyone's liking, but it is the best course of action. If we continue with snap buttons, I will likely end up with more customer service emails, refunding and sending out replacements, and it could also lead to more negative reviews.
Many alternatives, such as regular buttons, will make it to where the doll will not pass certain tests I need it to. Velcro was an option, but many folks don't like it, and it has a tendency to wear down as well. We cannot do elastic inside these accessories, because the fabric is not stretchy, and it would ruin the overall shape of the accessory.
If you are unhappy with this change, please feel free to email me at [email protected] and I can refund you.
If you'd still like to receive your doll, I AM offering vouchers for a neck accessory I plan to release with series 2. This neck accessory will have elastic inside, so it will be stretchy! (Examples of the accessory below. These are for EXAMPLE PURPOSES. This is not the actual accessory, and I did not design these plushies).

To end on a good note, here is Bella wearing one of Charmsey Jr.'s newborn dresses!
I apologize for the inconvenience, but I appreciate everyone's understanding on this matter!
