Hello, Cookie Crew~

I just wanted to pop on and let you all know that as much as I wanted to start fulfilling late November, it looks like we are not going to be able to make this deadline.

New Deadline: End of February

There are many reasons I'm setting it out a little further, but the primary reason is that even if we could get packages out in December, I worry that shipping is going to be a nightmare. The delivery services are going to be overwhelmed and I worry packages will get lost.

I have made the mistake several times now of setting the date sooner, rather than later, which then puts me in the position of letting everyone down, and having to provide a new date once again. I'm very very very hopeful that this time around, I've set it out far enough and that we will absolutely make it this time.

Some of you are probably wondering what all the hold up is, and I get it.

1. We had issues with the collars. The snap buttons were breaking at a high frequency, and we had to figure out another way to make them.
2. We had to wait for some fabrics to restock.
3. There was testing that had to be done.
4. I had trouble getting payment to go through in the beginning for mass production
5. There were some Chinese Holidays

I'm probably not listing everything. There are likely things I don't even understand or know about. I trust our manufacturer. We have a really good team, and I am confident they've been working as fast as they can.

We discussed sending part of the items now and part later, but they still wouldn't be here in time. Air shipping takes 20 days, and sea takes 30. So, I decided we'll just wait.

I know it's disappointing. I'm disappointed, too. I really want to fulfill soon, and be able to start new projects.  We had a lot of characters to complete, and the dolls are quite large. I am not sure if doing a smaller lineup in the future will result in a quicker turnaround.

I have a lot to think about when it comes to Series 2. I want it to run smoother, for sure. I really appreciate everyone's patience. I know this really really stinks, and I hate sitting here typing it, but there is no way around it at this point.

I will keep y'all posted. I want you to know I'm not ignoring anyone. I will post, even if I don't have any new news, just so you guys know I'm here suffering with you!!
