So, fulfillment isn't as far along as I had hoped by the beginning of May, which means that I'm pushing the launch date for Series 2 back ONE more time. It will now be May 15th. I'm going to launch on this day no matter what. I've been in communication with the fulfillment center and they've assured me that they will start clearing out pending orders this week, and that means the pace will be picking up.
I expect that we'll be at about 50% minimally by the time Series 2 launches, and at least 95% fulfilled by the time Series 2 ends.
There have been a lot of bumps in the road for Series 1. Bumps I definitely don't plan to repeat for Series 2 where I can help it. Obviously, crowdfunding is a little unpredictable. Manufacturing comes with delays, but we have most of our cookies already prototyped and approved and I do truly believe that will help us have a quicker turnaround for Series 2!
I really appreciate all of the patience and understanding everyone has offered me. I'm so happy to see the photos and read the feedback from those who have received their items so far. I can't wait for everyone to get their items. If I could manifest these things on peoples doorsteps, I certainly would.
