Hello and welcome to Magical Maidens Encore! My name is Lili and I am an illustrator based in the United States. The first Magical Maidens project was successful and I am super grateful for all the love and support it was given! I initially wanted to include more designs in the original project, but it was difficult due to time constraints. After listening to some suggestions from my backers, I have included some new series and designs for the encore of the project! I sincerely hope you love them as much as I do!
I have created 12 designs in total for this series with a few more to include if we are able to unlock the initial goals. This will be my 5th crowdfunding project and I hope for it to be as successful as the first one! If the campaign goes well, I'd love to add more maidens to the series! I am open to suggestions, so if there is a series or maiden you'd love to see, then consider pledging to this project to help guarantee its production! ♥

Goddess and Devil will have their own tiers and add-ons separate from the rest of the other enamel pins. Please keep this in mind when adding or editing your pledge!
All magical maiden pin designs will be available as both stickers and charms! I wanted to avoid cluttering the campaign page as much as I could, so for reference on the rendering of all designs, please take a look on my Instagram!
All charms are double-sided print with front side glitter epoxy. Keychain clasp type and color will be different depending on the design.
Stickers are laminated with a starry holographic film and will be water-resistant, but not weatherproof. If you put them on surfaces that will undergo washing regularly, please hand wash with soap gently.
Mini pins are quite small and will range from approximately .8 ~ 1.3 inches at the longest side!

★ If you wish to pledge only for stickers, please select the correct corresponding tier. If you change your mind and want to include pins or charms, please swap to the corresponding tier in order to be able to add them to your pledge!
Please keep in mind that shipping is charged AFTER the campaign! This will help to ensure accurate pricing for shipment.
Shipping will be available worldwide except for any countries with mail service disruptions or are part of the GPSR regulations. To see whether or not your country has a disruption, please visit the link here. Tracking is also included so everyone will have access and information regarding the whereabouts of their order!
For international backers, you are welcome to use any third party shipping service. If there is any issue due to an error on my part, I will take action to address it. Otherwise, please keep in mind that any issues with shipping through these services will need to be addressed by that company.
Domestic Shipping: Rewards will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail/Ground Advantage with tracking. This normally takes anywhere between 5-7 business days, but please be mindful that there may be delays and I will do my best to navigate through any issues.
Canada: Rewards will be shipped via USPS International Mail with tracking. This normally takes anywhere between 14-30 business days, but please be mindful that there may be delays and I will do my best to navigate through any issues.
GPSR countries: Unfortunately, due to the strict requirement of GPSR regulations, I am unable to ship to any of the associated countries. Please be mindful that if your shipping address is located in any of these countries, your pledge will be dropped.
Rest of the world: Since Backerkit is not considered an OMP (Online Market Place), they currently do not collect and account for VAT/customs/import fees. Please be mindful that you are responsible for paying any VAT, customs fees, and import taxes! Shipping can take anywhere between 1 - 3 months.
★ I will update all backers before shipping begins. Please ensure that your address is up to date and correct. Once I have sent out your package, I will not be able to change any details.
★ These are estimates and rewards may be shipped out earlier or later depending on production. I will aim to get your rewards shipped to you in a timely manner. If there are any issues or delays, I will update all backers!
Late October 2025 - Campaign Begins!
Late November 2025 - Campaign ends and surveys are sent out.
Early December 2025 - I receive the funds from Backerkit.
It can take up to two weeks for Backerkit to release the funds.
Sample pin production will begin shortly after.
Mid-LateDecember 2025 - Enamel pin samples are complete and photos are sent to me!
I will be requesting photo samples of the pins to check and ensure colors are correct to help avoid any miscommunication or issues.
Once I have confirmed the colors, all pins will go into mass production.
Mid-Late January 2026
Pins have finished and are sent to me!
Quality checks will be conducted after receiving the pins. The time needed to do these checks can take at least a week depending on how many pins will be funded!
Early-Mid February 2026 - Rewards are packaged and sent out to backers!
Q: I'm in the Early-Bird tier but I want to add more pins. How can I add more to my pledge?
A: You can add on an extra pins at early bird pricing by editing your pledge through the add on section. This tier will be limited and only available during the first 48 hours of the campaign. Once you have reserved your early bird tier, you will retain access to all benefits associated for the duration of the campaign. Please be advised not to change or swap your tier after the initial 48 hours are over as you will lose your spot!
Q: I added more pins to my initial pledge and don't want to change my tier or I'll lose my early bird spot. Will I still receive the next tier's freebies?
A: Yes! I will be manually checking all add-ons. If you added on enough pins to qualify for some freebies, I will be sure to add them to your pledge. (Example: You pledged for 1 pin and later added 4 more pins. You will receive 1 free mini pin and 2 free stickers.)
Q: I want more pins/charms/stickers but there are only tiers for 1, 3, 5, or etc.?
A: You will be able to add on more pins and other goodies through the add-on tab when editing your pledge!
Q: The pin I want is currentlylocked. Can I still pledge for them?
A: Absolutely! Even if it has not been unlocked yet, pledging will help contribute towards the funding goal! You won't be charged until the end the campaign, so you are free to edit your pledge as you please!
Q: Why am I being charged for shipping after the campaign is over? A: The pledges during the campaign do not include shipping prices. This is to help ensure accurate pricing for shipment. Estimated shipping costs are listed under the shipping section in the campaign story.
Q: How do I choose the designs I want?
A: At the end of the campaign, you will be sent a survey where you can fill in details such your shipping address and also choose the design(s) you pledged for!
Q: I accidentally forgot to add on an extra item to my pledge but the campaign has ended. Can I still add to my pledge? A: Yes! After the campaign has ended, you are still able to add on items until the survey is locked in.
Q: Can I still get these pins/stickers/keychains etc. after the campaign has ended?
A: Any leftovers will be added to my shop or sold at in-person events, however the pins, keychains, and stickers will be listed at a higher price! The current campaign price, along with any bonus freebies, is exclusive only to Backerkit so if you would like to get them at a discount, now is the best time to do so!
