Hello everyone! I hope you have all been well since the last update! I have some more news regarding the progress of the affected pins.
Unfortunately, my manufacturer told me that their production department are having issues with 3 of the pins and need to take a little longer with them. The three pins in question are Doremi, Seraphic, and Goddess. They have shipped the rest of the completed pins first and assured me that they would get the last 3 designs shipped to me no later than April 17th. Once they have arrived, I will be sure to notify you all. I sincerely apologize for the extra delay in getting these 3 designs to those of you affected. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience with the situation.
For those of you that do not have the 3 pins mentioned above in your pledge, the completed pins will be arriving to me by the end of the week! I will be doing quality checks for them all before sending out your packages. Provided the checks go well and there are no shipping delays, I am expecting to ship them out in waves starting April 13th. If your address has changed or you would like to change your address, then please send me a message before April 12th.

The pins have finally arrived to me! I have finished grading them and plan to begin shipping starting the end of this week, but unfortunately there is an issue with some of the designs.
My manufacturer has made a few mistakes and some of the pins I received for a couple of the designs have either color or quality issues that I am having them fix right now. For example, some of the pins have incorrect colors compared to the sample I approved. If your pledge contains any of the following pins, then your shipment will be delayed until I receive the corrected pins in hand:
Crisis Moon
Dreamer
Doremi
Seraphic
Dragon Fairy
Goddess
Dreamer, Doremi, and Seraphic all have incorrect colors in some shape or form. For example, Seraphic's eye color is completely different from Lunatic, when they should be the same color as they are the same girl.
Crisis Moon, Dragon Fairy, and Goddess have some form of quality issues. For example, a large majority of the Crisis Moon pins I received have this yellow mark on her forehead.
As supporters of my project, you all deserve quality pins and I refuse to send out any pins with incorrect colors or compromised quality. Starting this weekend, my manufacturer will be taking a break for Chinese New Year for around two weeks. I will also be out of the country from February 21st until March 19th, so it will take a little longer to get them fixed. I really wanted to get these pins to you all by the estimated date, but for those who are affected, the new estimated ship out timeframe will be late March. I truly am sorry for this unexpected delay. I will be sure to send out an update when the issues for the pins have been fixed and I have them in hand. I appreciate your understanding and patience for this situation.

Most of the Dragon Fairy pins do have quality issues, but this is one of the few pins in the batch that came out well! The sparkly gradient on Devil is hard to capture on camera, but it is very pretty in person!
For those who are unaffected: There are a handful of you that have not filled out your survey and some of you who have errored cards that occurred when charging for extra add-ons post campaign. I am currently aiming to send out all unaffected packages before February 21st as I will be out of the country after that date. If you complete your survey or fix your payment past February 19th, I will be unable to ship your rewards until after I return on March 19th.
Once your package has been shipped out, I will send a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If there are any issues or you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
While I am super excited for some of you to receive your rewards, I once again must apologize to those of you who are affected. I wanted to give you all an update on how the project is going and what to expect in the coming weeks. I intended to give an update earlier this month, but I was a little busy preparing and attending a convention so I apologize for the delay!

For those who pledged for only stickers and/or charms: I print and laminate the stickers myself at home, but unfortunately my printer decided to finally give out on me in the middle of making the stickers for this campaign. This was the biggest reason for the delay as I had to wait for my new printer to come in. The new printer finally arrived and I will be able to begin shipping to those of you who have pledged for only stickers in the coming week! I have also received the shipment of charms. For those who pledged for only charms and did not add-on any pins, your order will also begin shipping around the same time!
I will begin the process of locking your orders in today. Please double-check your address and ensure everything is correct! Once it has been locked in and I have shipped the order, I will be unable to make any changes! Please feel free to message me with any questions or issues!
Progress photos for the pins + shipping timeline: Over the past month,I have been going back and forth with my manufacturers trying to get the colors to be as close to the original intent as possible. I want to make sure the colors come out well, so I have been taking extra time and care in this step! As of right now, all the pins are in production. My manufacturer has also shared some photos with me and some of the pins are even already finished! Please take a look!
★ Please keep in mind that the pins in the pictures from manufacturers are not as polished and refined compared to the final product! The sample pins also do not have any screen printing or metal plating as they are used solely to check colors.

Surveys will be slowly rolling out over the next few days and throughout the course of next week. I will be releasing only a few surveys to a handful of you first as a test to ensure everything is working and looking great. Please fill them out as soon as possible so I can get an accurate number of all designs! Thank you so much for your patience with me in getting these surveys out to you!
A handful of you also had payments that didn't go through. This can happen due to a variety of reasons including accidentally inputting the wrong card number or expiration date, so please be sure to double-check your information in order to ensure you get the rewards you pledged for! If you miss the initial charging period, you'll get another chance to honor your pledge through a survey that will be emailed to you!
While I have been working on the survey, I've also been working with my manufacturer on getting the initial details for production done. I will be sure to update you all whenever I receive any news from my manufacturer, including things like sample pictures!

As mentioned before, all of these pins have already been unlocked and are now available to add to your pledge by going through pledge manager! As always, the sticker and charm version of Guardian will also be available to add to your pledge as well.
As we reach the final days of the project, I just want to take the time to thank you all so very much for the love and support in the project! I cannot express in words how grateful I am and I will do my absolute best in ensuring these pins come out as best and close to the intended result as possible!
