Project Update: SHIPPING UPDATE AND FAQ
We are shipping out orders using the Backerkit segments feature! This allows us to group up your orders into sets of 100 for the workday to B grade and pack. This also means we are locking addresses in sections and by week. If your order is going out that week, you will receive a 48 hour notification email on Monday or Tuesday for final address lock. Please update your address on time, as we are buying and printing shipping labels after that 48 hour period. You may update your address on your own at any time by following these steps below.

> View pledge
> Update your address
> Save changes

Yes, you can, please email us on our support email [email protected] We're happy to help. Please be patient if we don't respond to your email immediately; we are both disabled and can't always work due to various issues. Your email will be answered, when we can respond to emails, we do so one by one until we are up to date.
> Does ChimeraBunny pre-pay for import fees?
Yes
> What's the status of my order?
If you have not received a 48 hour notice for final address lock email, your order is not scheduled to be sent out that week. Keep in mind if you ordered a product/ addon that is still being manufactured as apart of your order; we cannot send your package until all items of your order are ready to ship at once. This is because you only paid for shipping once. Please refer to our manufacturing update posts for status on items you purchased if you are curious.

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED A 48 HOUR LOCK EMAIL, BUT NOT AN EMAIL FROM EASYSHIP WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OVER A WEEK LATER- THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IN YOUR SURVEY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL [email protected] We will email you if this problem occurs. We cannot make your shipping label due to inadequate information. (usually missing import ID from Brazilians)
