Hiya everyone! We’re back to update you all on fulfillment progress! We are perfectly on schedule to finish the remaining shipments this month, thank you so much for your patience for those who ordered items from this campaign that had delayed manufacturing.
The good news is:
Any remaining orders will be packaged up in the next 3 days! Shipping will continue into next week, and then fulfillment will be COMPLETE! Stay tuned to receive your tracking number to your email soon!

Your orders may be delayed shipping, as the Canadian postal service has been on strike for the past 3 weeks and is still going strong. It seems like now mail is starting to resume, but I wanted to let you know in case you’re in Canada and have not yet received your package!
Wrapping things up: After fulfillment is complete, we’ll be listing the remaining stock to our shops in case you missed out on any items. We do have a small number of spider varsities left!

Extra: Bonus update for those curious what we are up to outside of this campaign!!! We are really excited to announce we are starting to partner up with other indie animation studios to produce their merchandise and fulfill their orders! This way indie studios will be able to sustainably support themselves financially, be able to hire artists to help them, and they don’t need to worry about taking time off animating to pack orders since we’ll be the ones handling it. (As a bonus note, we will be fulfilling future campaigns faster than ever!! We are finally able to afford hiring on a team to help us pack orders, it’s something we’ve talked about before but are finally able to comfortably do)

When will my varsity jacket ship? Finally we have received the varsity jackets today!!! The shipment arrived a bit later than expected, so varsity jacket orders will ship from today -> October.
I didn’t order the jacket, where is my order? Orders without jackets are still shipping as well! Our printer totally broke on us so we couldn’t print labels for a minute, but that’s been resolved and we are catching back up. Don’t worry if you haven’t received it yet, but if you need it by a certain date (for example birthday, moving, going on vacation) please contact us and we will do our best to have it reach you in time. Thanks so much for your understanding through the delays, we are working hard every day to get these out to you! Thank you to everyone who has shared photos of receiving their orders as well!!! I moved addresses! What can I do to receive my order? If you ended up moving after the address lock and are still waiting on your order, please contact [email protected] and we will make sure you receive your items at your new address!

After the long wait, many sample changes, and delays later…. Our manufacturer has just sent us the final product photos for the spider varsity jackets! The white outline looks great, I’m so glad we made that change!
Manufacturing has also been completed so the jackets are on their way to us now! As soon as we receive them, we can finally ship the rest of the orders. Thanks everyone for waiting along with us on these, we wanted to make sure they were perfect before moving into their production so they took a little longer than expected. Orders with the jacket will be going out from the very tail end of August and carry out until September!

Hi everyone! Fullfillment is going well, we are about 1/4th of the way through all the orders! We are exactly on schedule shipping the orders from July - August. The spider jacket is still experiencing delays, but as soon as they're finished I'll update you on the timeline of their shipment. Besides that though, most of you should see a tracking number emailed to you by the end of August! Spider Varsity Jacket update: We FINALLY fixed the embroidery on the back to have both a black and white outline!! Apologies for such a long wait, the manufacturer mis-interpreted some changes so it had to go through a couple more rounds of revisions than intended. We are still waiting on a final product photo... But besides that production goes well! This photo showcases the new look, but of course the black rectangle will be filled in like the original. When I have photos of a completed jacket there will be another new update! (I'm hoping by tomorrow!)
While we are still waiting on a couple items, we are going to begin shipping and fulfilling the orders that we can early. Cards have just been charged for shipping, however we will be going through and refunding/canceling orders to the EU since we are still unable to ship there due to GPSR laws.
Addresses will be locking soon after, so please double check your address! Orders will be going out soon after they lock, and shipping from now - the next few months.
