When will my varsity jacket ship?
Finally we have received the varsity jackets today!!! The shipment arrived a bit later than expected, so varsity jacket orders will ship from today -> October.

I didn’t order the jacket, where is my order?
Orders without jackets are still shipping as well! Our printer totally broke on us so we couldn’t print labels for a minute, but that’s been resolved and we are catching back up. Don’t worry if you haven’t received it yet, but if you need it by a certain date (for example birthday, moving, going on vacation) please contact us and we will do our best to have it reach you in time. Thanks so much for your understanding through the delays, we are working hard every day to get these out to you! Thank you to everyone who has shared photos of receiving their orders as well!!! It’s super cool to see :D

I moved addresses! What can I do to receive my order?
If you ended up moving after the address lock and are still waiting on your order, please contact [email protected] and we will make sure you receive your items at your new address!
