That means we will have them any day now! So we are getting ready to ship.

Other than orders with Wildest dreams we will only give you ONE WEEK to get the correct card on file for shipping once we have made the initial charges or you will be forfeiting your order! We want to get through this quickly and painlessly, so we can also get going on series 2!

Now on to some other updates:
We have been invited to join the holiday market here on backerkit! This is different than regular crowdfunding. We will be selling stock we already have on hand so this is a chance if you regret not purchasing something before to get some of our viral and beloved characters before the holidays! They will also be at a slight discount! So make sure you are following our upcoming holiday campaign.
Sorry for my silence. We are exhausted after a long prep and then crazy Dragon Con. During all of this, we have been having a lot of back and forth with our factory due to our nessies being among many other client’s orders on a freight that got held up in customs.
I followed up again last night and found out today that they are now being shipped BACK to the factory in china and our rep told us they will then be shipping them back to us via fast sea, instead of the original freight we paid. Fast sea only cuts off like a week or two, so all of this sounds like it is going to take another month or two to get to us. And Trust me I’m not happy. But I’ll keep you all informed as soon as we know more or they are close to arriving.
I’ll make another update when we are ready to charge all the shipping!

We would have already had all of them shipped out and honestly, the one box extra they sent is almost sold out and they did amazing at dragon con! People LOVE them!!
We are closing our series 2 pre-orders VERY SOON, which will be being manufactured by our dragon factory. So, if you want any of the new weighted nessies or other two stressies now is the last chance to preorder before we give final counts!
They somehow made an extra amount of Peppermint ones so we got those to sell at dragon con and they are already almost sold out! I think once you guys get your nessies you will be pleasantly surprised at how nice they are!
We still have a few left and may release them with our next campaign so be sure to be following us!
DRAGON CON Was nuts but so good. We were short staffed due to a situation that happened at the beginning, that was super stressful. So, I was alone in the art show almost the entirety of the week aside from when a couple attendee friends were able to pitch in to help. Our friend who was a volunteer got thrown into the deep end at the comfort kingdom booth and without whom this entire weekend would have been a disaster. She was PHENOMENAL and we broke records! It unfortunately will take more than two weeks to get any of the sales money, but we should be able to get things caught up a bit and even start Wildest Dreams production and get things all finished!
Things are moving and we are seeing the end of the tunnel to get all caught back up!
We are already prepping for Dream Keep Series 2 which will launch next year 2027 around fall right before dragon con so make sure you are following so you don’t miss anything! We have decided to use our original crowdfunding platform for that one until we build up our followers a bit more and then we will do the future campaigns most likely solely on backerkit.
The Nessies have made it to the US a while ago, but apparently are held up in customs. I keep asking our rep what is going on, but they don’t currently have any further news. So it’s just the waiting game.
We were hoping to have these here and then start charging shipping and sort them out to have some for dragon con too, but that doesn’t look likely at this point… We even got them all paid and finished and shipped three months in advance but this is the world we currently live in.
We’ve not gotten anything held up in customs before, so I guess it was just our turn.
Other than that, everything else is here and or ordered and once we get back from Dragon Con we will at least ship out any of the pin only orders, or dragon/ pin orders that don’t have nessies, until they arrive. So keep your fingers crossed the nessies are freed from customs soon!
In the meantime our Series 2 campaign is still taking preorders, and we only need 40 orders to create weighted Dark Ness! Go pre-order your own while you can HERE!
Remember everything is extremely limited and most likely will not be sold online outside of this campaign so once it closes that will be it unless you see us and we have a few stragglers left to sell at one of our shows!

Series 1 should be shipping to us around mid July if all goes well!
We are waiting on them to finish up the inspections and tagging process, but the production we hear is nearing completion!

SERIES 2 had a great launch but has stagnated! We need YOU guys to help share and pledge so we can unlock the rest of the characters we had hoped to reach in series 1! We have already un-locked 2 weighted nessies and 2 new stressball plush!
Weighted Silly Ness is unlocked! Weighted Luck Ness, Colorfulness stressball and Soft ness stressball area all unlocked! Dreamy Ness needs only around 1200 more to be unlocked! And then we are working towards Dark Ness weighted plush!

First a small update about us and let everyone know what is going on a bit behind the scenes:
We have shared this before, but in case you haven’t seen prior explanations or updates: Due all the debt we accrued from our first campaign due to tariffs and other things we could not have planned, or predicted, we have to create new campaigns with cheaper creations, and use any profits to go back into completing and finishing up our original productions and operating costs.
We are still trying to raise enough to pay off the rest for our rep in europe so that we are considered compliant and allowed to sell there. (We are very close but this cost us a lot) That along with rising shipping rates, filing a patent, and needing to trademark our creations in multiple countries to stop larger companies with more funds from copying us its been a lot of expense. So, we did Pintopia which got us closer to completing the original companions but we still have other expenses and also want to keep bringing plush to those that want to collect our creations! So we are doing a “Part 2” of our lock stress monsters from winter!
With each creation and campaign we have gotten closer to the end of the tunnel, plus the opportunity to create new things and keep our customers engaged. We have gotten 5 stars across the board and are still working to get everything out to everyone as soon as possible!
We have learned so much with our very first campaign and with each we improve and get quicker and more streamlined for fulfillment. It is still just me and my husband running everything but we hope to grow our team in the near future as funds allow!

LOCK STRESS Series 1 Production Update:
All but the mini chocness pin are complete and have just arrived to us today! (The mini chocness pin had some misunderstandings so we will be getting that in a couple weeks.
We are told the Stress-ball plush are near complete! So they should begin shipping to us by mid june.
Which means we may not have them before Anthrocon as we had hoped :( but we will be shipping them as soon as we can once they are in hand!
Lock Stress series 1 Shipping Updates:
We will begin locking orders very soon and charging for shipping as soon as the products are in transit, so please make sure all your payments, and cards are up to date!
Also make sure that you track your packages, and stay on top of any import fees, vat tax etc. We are NOT responsible for this, nor are we responsible for returned packages.
If they get returned to us for customer negligence YOU will have to pay to have it shipped again once we are through all the other orders.
Make sure your payments are all good, and if you’ve had a declined card you fix it ASAP!
Since we have another campaign coming soon we will be locking up and finishing this campaign quicker that prior ones. Once we have everything in hand and CAN we will begin charging for shipping, so we can get things out as fast as possible. If you have not yet paid for your initial items or filled out your surveys (Not including people doing pay over time and still making payments) we will start cancelling the orders that haven’t gone through. If you don’t pay your shipping, or don’t check your emails we will consider it a donation if its not rectified by the time we near the end of our shipments. We are not waiting around this time, so if you want one of these and your payments have been declined make sure you fix it ASAP! Series 1 is EXTREMELY limited and we will have very few if any for any future shows and they most likely will not go online at ALL!

What if the Lock Stress Monsters are shape shifted forms of the Dream Keep Dragons? Should they be a completely separate thing, or should they be connected?
If part of same characters and universe: In their natural forms, Dream Keep Dragons protect dreams, and keep them safe. However, emotions are deeply tied to dreams and somethings you need to go through them and work them out in your dreams to process.
When the dream Keep Dragons come down from their Comfort Kingdom they must always cross the vast ocean of emotion. To not get dragged down by the power of the raging waves of emotion, they must shift into the Lock Stress form.
They can sense and seek out the person who needs them most, and start in their small pocket form so they can be there for the human calling to them. However, as they grow with love just like their dream defender form, they can also grow into their “Emotion monster” form. Large enough to help you calm and settle your strongest emotions.
What do you think? Should this be tied to the dream keep dragons as their water forms? Or a cousin ajacent to the lock stress monsters, like how there are “Sea Ponies” in my little pony?” Or should they be something separate all together?
We are starting with Silly Ness, but I plan to prototype others, but only in the order that they are chosen. If we could get another weighted one who would be your choice to have as a weighted nessie?
