Project Update: Mammoths are shipping soon- get ready!
Despite arriving in the US about ten days later than expected, our main stock of Woolly Mammoth action figures is here now and is scheduled to arrive at our US warehouse today! They'll need about a day or two get all of it sorted into inventory, but they say all of the Mammoth preorders will ship out by Thanksgiving Day!
As for our backers in the UK and EU, our retail partner Everything Dinosaur has informed us that their shipment also arrived at port last week and too expect fulfillment to begin any day now.
Here's a rundown the current shipping status:

'If you ordered an Eons postcard, magnet, or pin, you'll be hearing from Complexly about those items, which will be shipping separately in January/February 2026. Thank you!'
So keep an eye out for those Complexly shipping confirmations early next year!

In the Story section of the campaign, it says that if you order certain figurines, you'll receive free rewards from Eons. The most recent update says that the rewards will ship in January/February 2026, but it is nearly the end of February and I haven't received any news since then. I never even received a survey regarding what my item preferences were. When can we expect Complexly to reach out? It's been months since my mammoth rewards were delivered, and I can't deny I'm disappointed that my freebies haven't been fulfilled yet.

How can I know when my order will be shipped? I haven't received any mail nor notification regarding my pledge, and I'd like to know when will it ship and if I will get a tracking number
