I needed to change my payment method, but when I went to do so, in the edit pledge section I think it messed up and now it just shows a lock symbol next to "payment" instead of my previous payment method and doesn't have any links or buttons to allow me to add a new one. I have emailed backerkit support and never received a reply, so I don't know what to do.
