In the Story section of the campaign, it says that if you order certain figurines, you'll receive free rewards from Eons. The most recent update says that the rewards will ship in January/February 2026, but it is nearly the end of February and I haven't received any news since then. I never even received a survey regarding what my item preferences were. When can we expect Complexly to reach out? It's been months since my mammoth rewards were delivered, and I can't deny I'm disappointed that my freebies haven't been fulfilled yet.
