Project Update: A mixed bag of an update

Hey there,

So, I've been quiet because there's not been much to report. That's changed now, and I come bearing three types of news: unrelated news, good news and meh news.

First up, I'm heading to Spiel in Essen tomorrow. It's the biggest tabletop gaming expo in the world and it will be hectic, tiring but very exciting! If you are heading there, please do stop by stand 2A435 if you can and we can have a chat about Punk is Dead or any other TTRPG you like.

On the actual game front, the good news is that proof-reading is all done as well as my last playtests of things I'd tweaked. My goal is to get the PDF to you in the next 14 days. That's right, you should be punking out by October 15th.

The dice should have been with us two weeks ago, but Leicester Trading Standards are being d*cks. I have no hesitation in stating that because we have sent them every piece of compliance info they have requested and for several days at a time they have not answered our calls or emails. We've finally got the dice released so they should arrive at the unit this week. I'll try get Josh or Sarah to take a photo so I can show them off in another update this week.

I've also got a new campaign for a new game starting next week. I wanted to address the fact that we have this campaign unfulfilled whilst we are launching another. For me it's not ideal, but as Punk is Dead is all written, I want to assure you that this new game will not slow anything down. I'm not going to sing and shout about that game here, but if you are interested just let me know in the comments and I'll drop you a link and some info.

Other than that, I have nothing else to report other than that we are still looking to get Punk is Dead out way before the Christmas mayhem starts.

I'm off to pack my case now.

Have a great rest of the week and I'll be back in touch shortly.

Tim
