Project Update: Incorrect charge notices for Digital and No Reward backers
Hi, all!
I wanted to let you know that we're aware of an issue where some who backed at a Digital Edition or No Reward tier were mistakenly set to receive the Early Bird print reward, which has lead to incorrect charge notices to be sent out.
I'm currently in touch with BackerKit to get this resolved.
These rewards were intended to be only for the physical tiers, so the print will be removed from Digital and No Reward tiers and the fees will be removed.
If you're affected by this and do want to receive the print, just send us an e-mail and we can make sure one gets to you :)
