Hey hey everyone and happy halloween! We‘ve been climbing slowly but surely, buuuut given how close the end of the campaign is and the fact that some of you are still hoping for the last few mushrooms, I‘ve decided to just unlock them! All purchasable mini pins are unlocked! This should give you some security that the mini pins you want are all available without having to constantly monitor the campaign. (And I get to sleep better too lol) I put 10.6k as the threshold in the graphic but honestly unless we have a mass cancellation, they stay unlocked even if we dip below. Please note that the freebie pin (the cat) may or may not be unlocked at all. The conditions for that one remain the same. If we don‘t unlock it as a freebie, I will see if there‘s enough interest in it post-campaign to make it anyways and make it a purchasable add-on as well. If the 11.5k tier is unlocked, it will also be purchasable by everyone. I hope that makes a few choices easier for you all. Again, even if we don‘t unlock everything, I‘m already more than happy with how this project went and I could never make pins regularly if it wasn‘t for you all!
Also just for shit and giggles let me know what your favourite mini pins is from the newly added stretch goals :D

Hey hey everyone! I’ve had a great time working out some new stretch goals based on your suggestions in the past days - it was super helpful so an extra thanks goes out to everyone who commented and/or suggested something! I think it is so cool to work with you all as a community and have a back-and-forth rather than me just working alone. You guys are great!

I hope this goal structure is fun for you all! The freebie may be a little ambitious but I do know that we’re capable of hitting the numbers - my previous campaign did hit that much, so let’s try!
While not every idea could make it, I did consider all of them and played around - some did not work that well in practice and some had to be cut out just because the amount of pin is bordering on overwhelming for one campaign (I have to grade, pack and store them all haha). But the mushrooms that did not make it in this campaign will be in the next one - Meowshrooms where it’s… well cats and mushrooms again, but two-in-one :D And as for more eyes, acorns etc… I’m sure the next halloween campaign will come again :’) Loved the ideas but the creative juices for those weren’t flowing fast enough to make it in time for this campaign.

Hello everyone! Not a project update per se, but a PSA on the status of some of the US shipments.
Some of your shipments are going through John F Kennedy Intl, where they have been stuck, some of them for almost a month now. USPS has not received those parcels yet, because they first get processed by customs before getting handed to the last mile carrier, so your USPS tracking numbers aren't working yet (but tracking via Transglobal Express like described in the previous update will work)
I'm in touch with Transglobal Express about this already, and they told me that their bundled shipments are being held there at the airport. I think (am not sure) it's because of some problems at that particular airport with TSA/Customs enforcement due to partial shutdown (?). Be assured that if your parcel was lost or is stuck for an unreasonable amount of time, I will re-send it no questions asked. This is unfortunately outside of everyone's control right now.
Unrelated to this: I will retry all failed payments a couple more times, and send out everything that gets fixed in batches. If you have reached out to me about your payment before, don't worry - for everyone else, it will be the last chance to claim rewards, as the project will close someday and after that, no more fulfillment will be done, no matter the partial payments, as stated in the Disclaimer. If you are experiencing problems with payments, you can also reach out to me for an alternate payment method.

Hey all! Another super quick update - I have now packed each and every single order. With some of you there are some address issues but I have reached out in those cases, and will be holding your parcels until I hear back from you.
I will probably send out tracking notifications later this week (still haven't updated all BK status and tracking numbers for most). Most of your parcels won't track until in a few days anyways due to going to a 3rd party hub first which can take a bit so I'm not too much in a hurry to do so since it won't tell you anything useful yet :'D. For most EU/Australian/Canadian orders, expect tracking to work either from tonight or tomorrow.

This was a super big project for my standards, and I did my best to deliver the best outcome for everyone! You're all appreciated!

I've started packing pledges again this week (slowly - LBM has left me completely dead for days lol), and am also now grading and carding the cat eye remakes which have arrived in the meantime! So from now on things will go smoothly again.
My plan is to get the majority of ready-to-ship pledges out on Monday. I will send the tracking numbers out all in one batch once everything is out just because it's more efficient this way and I want to get the actual work done sooner than later.
So if you don't hear anything it's mostly because of that, I'll write another update once everything is done!
