This is a notification to let you know that this project is coming to an end and to provide you with the last shipping update, as well as end of project information.
All orders marked as "ready to ship" in Backerkit have been packed and are out the door.
If you have not received your package yet please check your email for a tracking email from Backerkit. Your package may have been shipped but has not yet made it to you. Your tracking email will have your tracking number for USPS.
If you did receive your order and are looking to order more Bakeshop pins, they will be available in the Etsy shop.
If you have not received your package, please first check your tracking email, or please review the following criteria for why you may not have received a package.
🚨 Incomplete Surveys and Charges
There are backers who paid for their pledge, but did not complete their survey. As well as backers with failed shipping payments. If you’re one of these backers, you have 30 days from today (November 17th, 2025) to fill out your survey and pay for shipping. If you do not complete your survey within the 30 days (by December 17th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards.
There are currently a few backers with failed survey charges. This means that you filled out your survey and provided card details, but when we charged your card for shipping, the payment failed. If you do not complete your payment within the 30 days (today to December 17th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards
Please note that the project will close on December 19th, 2025. After that date we do not check the pledge manager. While you will still be able to complete your survey after that date, your order will not be fulfilled.
🚨 Charge Disputed
If your bank disputed your charge then you may have submitted your survey, but technically your order has not been paid for because the bank revoked the funds. If this happened to your order we sent an email with information on how to pay for your pledge. If we do not receive an email within 30 days of when we first reached out, you will forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Orders that were returned to sender
If we receive an order that’s been returned to sender, we will email to let you know. That email will contain information on how to get your package sent out again. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our initial email, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Never received orders
If your order tracking email says “delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your post office is the best chance of finding the lost order. If your local post office cannot locate your package, please email us at [email protected]
If you did not receive your package because of an address change, or because you entered the wrong address, and did not notify us of an address change, we can ship your order again, but as a backer you are responsible for paying a second shipping fee, per the terms and conditions of this project. If you did notify us of an address change but have not received your order, please email us at [email protected]
For any backers who are unable to locate their package, you will have 30 days (today to December 17th, 2025) to notify us that you did not receive your package.
We are willing to work with backers however we can to help get any missing orders into your hands. If you order is missing please contact us within the timelines stated above. We can only notify backers with so many updates, it is partial backer responsibility to ensure you've received your packaged, and to notify us in a timely manner if you did not.

This is a notification that the Christmas in July pins have arrived! It's still going to take about a weeks time to sort, grade, weigh, and set up all the shipping details. I expect shipping to begin in the next 1-2 weeks. If you need to update your shipping address you should still be able to do so within your survey. This is one final update on the missing freebie/incentive rewards to clear up any confusion.
The incentive and free item feature on Backerkit is relatively new, and during the campaign I accidentally clicked something that triggered the software to stop counting backers receiving free rewards. The rewards that were affected are the following: Early Bird Backers, Returning Backers, and Pre-live follower backers.
I worked with Backerkit to fix the counts so that we counted the correct amount of backers for each reward, and you should now see the rewards within your survey. I even personally went into all 230+ surveys to ensure that the rewards were showing in the back end. The partner project backers (those who backed my project and Kimchi Kreative's Cowboy Christmas) were not affected as their rewards were applied to surveys in a different way.
Here are the freebie rewards and what qualifies you to receive each one
Early Bird - Free Classic Gingerbread Sticker - to receive this reward you would have had to back the campaign within the first 48 hours after launch Returning Backer - Free Mini Peppermint Pin - to receive this reward you had to back a previous Snarky Co. project and have used the same email as any previous projects to back Christmas in July. Pre-live Launch Follower - Free Christmas Pudding Sticker - before the campaign went live there was a teaser page for the campaign where you would have clicked a button to follow the campaign. Clicking that button and signing up with your email would qualify you for the free Christmas pudding sticker. Partner Project Pin - Free One More Chapter Cross Stitch Pin - if you backed my project (Christmas in July) and my partner's project (Kimchi Kreative's Cowboy Christmas) you will receive a free pin from each of us. On your survey from me you'll see the Free One More Chapter Cross Stitch Pin under the pledge items section on your survey. Six Way Backer - XL Cross stitch pin - to receive this reward you would have backed all six projects and completed your surveys successfully. This item will only appear on your Dragon Woodshop survey for the Hearth's Warming project. Dragon Woodshop will be shipping this pin out, which is why it will only appear on that survey.
Surveys are locked, however, you can still review the confirmation page of your survey which shows you a list of items in your pledge.
This is how free items will appear on your survey confirmation
Free One More Chapter Cross Stitch Pin (Partnered projects freebie) will show up under the pledge items section on your confirmation page. (if you qualified for it)
The free items, if you qualify, for the early bird, previous backer, or pre-live follower will show up in their own section entitled "Bonus Rewards"
If you are looking for the Six Way Backer XL Cross Stitch pin - This item will only appear on your Dragon Woodshop survey for the Hearth's Warming project. Dragon Woodshop will be shipping this pin out, which is why it will only appear on that survey.
To ensure you've received your free items, please log in to Backerkit and navigate to "Your Surveys", scroll until you see Christmas in July and click on it. This will take you to the confirmation page of your Christmas in July Survey. From there you should be able to see your rewards.

If you haven't already checked out the previous update about the missing freebie items, please take a look to ensure you're getting your free items. I saw that a few backers mentioned that they didn't see their reward for backing partnered projects. I did pull up some of your surveys and I am seeing the Free One More Chapter pin listed under the pledge items section on your confirmation page. I just want to point out that even though it's a freebie item, it won't appear with your other freebie items on your survey. The way we add the partner project item to the survey is different, and so it shows up under pledge items.
