I sent out the smoke tests last night and so far there have been no issues. If you do encounter an issue with your survey, please read all the below information first, and if that does not answer your question, you may email me at [email protected].

Surveys are being sent today, but it may take some time for all of them to be sent. Please check your email throughout the day for a survey email from BackerKit.

I want to mention that this campaign is considered a limited release. This means we will take the final counts for each item and order a few extras to account for B grades. Once campaign fulfillment is over, any remaining designs will be listed in the Etsy shop. However, I won't continue to manufacture these designs, so whether we sell out through campaign fulfillment, or through Etsy, these designs won't be re-ordered. As a small business, with a home office, I only have so much space to store extra inventory. Most pin designs are limited release due to the fact that I just don't have the space to hold extra of every design. This means that if you like these pins, you want to order them now, or order what's leftover on Etsy after shipping, because once they're gone, they're gone. There are very few designs that are so popular we order them on a regular basis. 

With that being said, there is a pre-order store for this campaign for anyone who missed it. You can find more information on that further down. 
 

This campaign will have two lockdown/charge dates. The first lockdown date is July 31st, and the second lockdown date is August 7th. There is no difference between the lockdown dates, an early lockdown just allows us to get funds quicker and order pins sooner. If you aren't sure about your design choices, don't complete your survey before the 31st, you can always wait to complete and submit it on or before the 7th.

Once surveys are locked down your card will be charged for shipping fees and any add-ons. If for any reason you cannot finish your survey and make your payment by the 31st, no worries. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, or you might be waiting for a payday, or you need more time to decide. The deadline to guarantee you receive your design choices is August 15th. If you aren't ready by to be charged by the 7th, simply don't complete the last step of the survey. The last step of the survey is the confirmation page where you can review all your details and enter in your card details for shipping costs, if you're not ready to submit, just exit the page and you can go back to it later. However, do fill out the survey, up to the confirmation page, as that allows us to get a count of what designs you want to get. 

After August 15th you will still be able to complete and submit your survey, but we may not be able to guarantee that you receive all your design choices. If we run out of one of your chosen designs while packing orders, we will reach out to you to choose a new design. It's very rare that this happens as we usually order more than extra of each pin. It's better to get your survey done sooner, and before the 30th.

If your original pledge charge failed, or you cancelled it thinking it was fraud, you will still receive a survey. The survey will allow you to make up this failed charge, so you can still receive your rewards. If you did accidentally mark the charge as fraud, please reach out to your bank to let them know it is not fraud. 

The purpose of the add-on section is to add extra items you may want shipped with your pledge. Add-ons are entirely optional, if you do not want extra items, please skip this step. Please note that any items added from this add-on section will ship with your pledge level, and not before.

For any free items you earned during the campaign, they will automatically be added to your cart. You will be able to see them in your item list on the confirmation page. 

You will see a few stickers set as stretch goal add-ons. This just means that there is a minimum number of orders we need to meet to manufacturer that item. Some of the stretch goal add-ons were designs that didn't fit with the campaign, or they were too specific, or I just thought of the design after the campaign ended. If we reach the stretch goal quantity you will be charged for that item and it will be included in your order. If we do not reach a stretch goal for a specific item, we first determine whether we can manufacture it anyway, and if we cannot the item is removed from your order and you are not charged for it. 

You will be able to change your shipping address up until the lockdown. After the lock down date, if you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected], and we can manually update your shipping address. Please let us know as soon as possible that you need to update your address so we can amend the address before your package is sent. If you fail to notify us of an address change, and your package is returned to us, we will ship it again, however, you will have to pay another shipping charge. 

We will post an update for last call address changes before we start shipping packages.

There is a pre-order store for this campaign. The purpose of the pre-order store is to allow anyone who did not pledge to the campaign a chance to order these pins. You can access the pre-order store with this link.

Please note that the pre-order store is separate from your survey. All items in the pre-order store are in the add-ons section of your survey. On occasion backers have confused the pre-order store with their survey and placed a second order by accident.
