This email is more serious than my usual ones, so I appreciate your understanding.

Over the past weeks, both my parents landed in the hospital, for different reasons, but both at the same time. Unfortunately, my father passed away after his long cancer battle.

Because of this, I had to pause work for a bit to handle family matters and take some time to recover emotionally before continuing with fulfillment.

I resumed inspection this weekend and found a higher-than-acceptable number of production defects on some pin designs. I need to address this with the manufacturer, as the quality standards are not being met. They agree with me, but those designs will have to be remade and shipped over.

I hold your support in high esteem and respect, so I prioritize shipping your orders even through difficult moments. Orders containing unaffected designs will begin shipping first, while the remade affected pins arrive, and I am able to ship the remaining ones. This means some orders may ship earlier than others, depending on what is included in the order.
