Project Update: Books arriving in the US! Books sent out to rest of world
US Fulfilment
Books are expected to arrive in at port in the US this week. This means US backers should have their rewards in June, a bit earlier than originally planned for July!
We are waiting for customs clearance, and to see if a tariff invoice will apply for us to pay. US backers will not need to pay any extra costs to receive their rewards.
An address verification email will be sent to US backers from Quartermaster Logistics at the end of May or early June. Backers can update their delivery address if needed via that email.
Rest of the World Fulfilment
All books for the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia have now left our warehouse!
Backers in Canada and Australia may not have received their tracking email yet, as this will be sent via a local courier once it arrives in your country. If you have not recieved your parcel or notification email by the end of May, send us a direct message to the customer service email.
UK Games Expo
Backers who have requested to collect their rewards at the UK Games expo in person have been individually contacted and issued a refund on their shipping fees. We look forward to seeing you there next week!

Project Update: Address Verification Emails This Weekend (UK, Europe, Canada and Australia)
Fulfilment Starting
Fulfilment is now taking place for backers in the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia for the Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2024.
Backers in these regions have been sent an address verification email from ShipQuest/GamesQuest to confirm your delivery address. If you need to update your delivery address please follow the instructions in the email by the end of the weekend (27th April).
We are shipping to Canada from the UK for this campaign to ensure backers are not affected by the US tariffs upon delivery.

Books are on their way to the US from the printers in Europe, and are expected to arrive in early May. US backers should have their rewards in June as planned.

Project Update: Books arrived in the UK!
We're pleased to share that 1 has arrived safely in the UK!
First Wave Fulfilment
The books are safely at our warehouse, and so we can begin preparing them for fulfilment.
Fulfilment will take place end of April or early May for backer in the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia.
Backers in these regions will receive an address verification email from ShipQuest/GamesQuest to confirm your delivery address before shipping.
US Fulfilment and Tariffs
Books are on their way to the US from the printers in Europe, and are expected to arrive in May. US backers should have their rewards in June as planned.
I'm sure many of you have heard the news regarding new US tariffs. This means we will have an extra customs fee to pay at port when the books arrive in the US. The tariff for European goods is currently at 10%, but we have heard books may have an exemption for a lower rate.
We plan to shoulder these extra taxes using the funds from the Kickstarter campaign, so US backers will not need to pay any extra costs to receive their rewards.
We are shipping to Canada from the UK for this campaign to ensure backers do not receive a tariff customs fee upon delivery.

Project Update: Pledge Manager Closing This Friday (28th March 2025)
Backerkit surveys are closing this Friday (28th March 2025), and your card will be charged for any outstanding balance on backerkit.
Backerkit will have sent you an email today giving you 48 hours to change your address, or any other details of your pledge.
Digital Books
Your PDFs will be shared via the pledge manager this Friday once your payment has been processed.
You will be sent a link to add the PDF to your Drive Thru RPG library. If you would prefer to not use Drive Thru RPG, please send us an email and we can send you an alternative download link.
