Project Update: October Shipping Update, Addresses Locking, Final Product Pictures!
Greetings, adventurers! We’ve got an update for you, and while it’s not exactly the news we were hoping for, we’re still excited about what’s on the horizon!
Shipping Timeline
Unfortunately, we won’t hit our target of receiving the Land of Eem shipment by the end of October. Due to multiple production delays, the printer now estimates that the games will be on a boat by mid to late October. Once they set sail, it typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for ocean freight to make its way through shipping and customs. If all goes smoothly (fingers crossed!), the shipment should be in Exalted Funeral’s warehouses by early December.
As soon as we have confirmation from the manufacturer that the shipment is on it's way we will post an update with an anticipated start date for fulfillment.

Addresses Locking in Pledge Manager Next Week
In anticipation of orders shipping soon, we will be locking addresses next week on Friday October 18th. You can make necessary address changes or updates in BackerKit from now until then. On Wednesday, October 16th, you will receive a 48-hour alert email from BackerKit, which means you've only got two days left to make changes yourself before the addresses lock.
You can access your survey by logging into your BackerKit Pledge Manager here.

After addresses lock, it's possible to make last-second changes by emailing us at [email protected], but that window is only open briefly. To be sure your stuff goes to the right place, your best bet is to make any necessary changes before next Friday.
Pictures of Final Products
Now for the good news—we’re hopeful that this means we’ll start fulfilling your orders in December, just in time for the holidays! We’ll keep you posted with more updates once everything is officially on the boat and as we get more concrete info.
We know this has taken longer than anyone expected, and trust us, we’re just as eager as you are to have the books in hand. Your patience and support mean the world to us, and we’re almost there. We’re so close, we can practically smell the fresh ink on those pages!
Speaking of fresh ink, take a look at Ben and James signing the bookplates and the final product prototypes of all the books and components.
We’ll be back with more news soon—thank you so much for sticking with us!
