Spring has been a busy time with lots of shows and shipping! Today, we shipped the last preorders and replacement packages. If you have not received a shipping notification yet, please contact us at [email protected] . We can either check on the status of your order or send you tracking info.
Additionally, there are about 20 people who have either not filled our surveys or who had declined credit cards. As a reminder, we cannot hold items indefinitely. We will fulfill plush orders until December 31, 2025. After that date, this project will close. Additionally, we are holding back some bonus items and pins, however, the stock on these is not infinite. We may run out of these items, especially if months have passed and you still haven't filled out your survey. We try to be accommodating to everyone, however, it's simply not possible for us to keep bonus pins in stock and on hold for months and months. Thank you for understanding!

Good Puppers, Too, the expansion to the beloved Good Puppers is now available for preorder! This version of Pups opens up new solo mode game play, as well as MEGA PUPS expanded game play. There are 9 new breeds of dogs to play, as well as Rascals to increase the fun!
For pin lovers, we're bringing back some classic dog pins as well as new ones! If you enjoyed our work, we created both the art and the pins for this campaign with Asmadi Games. A quick update- Maned Wolf finally made her appearance on Friday! That means it's time to start shipping!

For US customers, Maned Wolf ships by USPS. If she is shipping with River Dragon or a ton of extras, you can expect her to arrive via UPS. As a note, UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you put in a PO box as your address and your package requires UPS, we will contact you.
It takes a while to prepare some of the bigger orders (and the sheer size of the dragon boxes actually takes up more room than we anticipated). As such, shipping may take up to a month to complete. If you have questions in the meantime, email us at[email protected] and we can take care of you.

Maned Wolf is in on a boat! We expect arrival mid January. As such, all Maned Wolf orders will be locked and charged on January 7th. If you need us to hold back on charging your card, please comment below with a date you would like to be charged on. If you had requested this previously (say for January 15th), please remind us by comment so we don't forget about you!
Bronze Horizon pin is completed! If your order was waiting on this pin, it should now be shipped (as of 12/29). We tried our very best to send these out before Christmas.
Plush Care Instructions
Some people have inquired about cleaning plush. Our general recommendation is spot cleaning. Typically, we put some dish soap on a paper towel, add some water, and then dab the affected area. In true times of desperation, you can use the wash. The wash is kind of hard on embroidery, which is why it is not our go to. However, we recommend laying the plush out to dry afterward to prevent the stuffing from clumping.
Some people have asked about stray strings on plush. We tried to inspect everything thoroughly (in addition to the factory also doing quality checking). However, we've noticed on black plush in particular, it is easy to miss strings. Jackal's tail has lots and lots of sewing and embroidery. We've found a few stray threads but we know we've missed some. If you come across some, you can trim them off with a pair of nail scissors. As long as it is a loose thread, it should not affect the plush. It's best to don't pull, just trim! That way you won't damage anything.

This is a big surprise and nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule! This is a really good thing- it means we can start getting these guys out the door to you in time for the holidays!
We had initially expected them the first week of December, with our dates for charging and locking orders originally set as Dec. 1st. We don't want to charge anyone before they expect it. If your order contains everything except Maned Wolf and Bronze Horizon pin, we will be charging as soon as Monday evening.

If your order contains a Bronze Horizon pin (and no Maned Wolf), expect us to hold to the date of Dec 1st. for charges. These are still in production, but we hope they will be finishing soon.
If your order contains a Maned Wolf, then you can still expect to be charged shipping in January.
Shipping is ongoing and we have currently shipped 80 of 457 orders! Please behold the dragon sized boxes! This is what has made the shipping so pricey, but we really wanted her to arrive in a nice condition!
We hope to continue working on shipping slowly but surely! There will be a slight pause in shipping at the beginning of December for Pax Unplugged and Anime Weekend Atlanta. Please come say hi if you are attending either event! We looking forward to unleashing Jackals upon you all!

Foxfire Pins on Surveys
Some of you qualified for TWO pins on the surveys. (Combined pledges of around $150 between both campaign were to receive both pins.) But there was only one question!? This was a mistake and we have gone through and manually added your extra pin OR made a note if you have not touched your survey. You can choose a pin (yay! selecting options!) and then we will manually add the second one.
If you already purchased an extra Foxfire even though you qualified for 2, I manually edited your survey so you get the 2nd one free. Please don't panic if you see a change notification from Backerkit!
Note, some people had failed pledges between campaigns. Please check your pledge to make sure if went through so you can qualify!
When do I pay for shipping? T_T
You can hold off on paying for shipping if you need to. You can fill out the survey, save your answers and wait to put in your card info. Please do not wait forever though; this campaign's surveys will remain open until November 1, 2025. If you have not paid for shipping by that point, your pledge will be considered as a donation to the campaign. We can't hold things forever unfortunately. Thank you for understanding. Preorder Shop is up and ready for sales. You may have noticed in surveys had access to B grade pins! We will be opening these up on the main shop next week now that Backers have had first dibs.
Bronze Horizon samples are in! Production has now started.
Locking Orders and Charging Shipping
If your order contains a dragon plush, fish plush and some pins and nothing else, we will lock and charge shipping starting November 15.
If your order contains jackal plush or bronze horizon pin (and no maned wolves), your order will be locked and charged Dec. 1st. Your order will then ship as soon as Jackal arrives.
If your order contains a maned wolf, then you have a wait ahead of you. We won't lock or charge shipping until January 2025 at the earliest. We will make an announcement before doing so. We are very sorry she will skip the holidays!
