Here's the latest on Caverns of Thracia fulfillment.
For US backers, good news. 98%+ of pledges are packed and labeled. As soon as USPS picks up the last batch, they will also be 98%+ shipped. It has unfortunately become routine for USPS to not pick up on schedule and they skipped some of our scheduled pickups last week. Within the next couple days we expect that they will finally pick up the last of the boxes from our warehouse.
This means that 98%+ of US backers should now have a tracking number (or even a package in hand). Once USPS does this final pickup you should all have movement on those tracking numbers as well.
If you are a US backer and as of right now you do not have a tracking number, please complete these steps: (1) Verify that you have completed your pledge manager survey and paid for shipping. (2) Once step 1 is completed, email [email protected]
For Canada backers, we have been informed by the fulfillment company that they have begun shipping, though we haven't received tracking numbers yet.
For EU/UK backers, fulfillment will take longer than we'd hoped. Most of the shipment has arrived but some key boxes containing very important items are still in transit. Sorry! As we get more info we will let you know.
For AUS/NZ backers, the shipment is still on the water.

Another quick fulfillment update for Caverns of Thracia. USA is 88% shipped.
To repeat something from our previous update: In answer to the question, "I haven't gotten a tracking number yet - should I be worried?" - the answer is, no, you should not be worried. But we're almost at the worry point - really hoping to have those last boxes out the door soon!
For international backers, we're awaiting updates from local fulfillment partners. It appears that Canada may begin fulfillment soon - we're trying to get an exact date. UK/EU has landed in market, and AUS/NZ is still on the water. More to come there as inventory lands in market.

Just a quick fulfillment update for Caverns of Thracia. USA is 77% shipped. The warehouse crew worked this weekend to continue picking and packing. We have about 250 boxes boxes packed and awaiting shipping labels on Monday, and then roughly another 500 to be picked and packed. I think we probably have about 1 to 1.5 weeks of shipping remaining.

In short, USA pledges are 49% shipped. There is a steady stream going out every day and the team continues to chip away at the giant backer list! This is a huge project and we anticipate it will take several more weeks (at least) to get it all shipped out, so stick with us and we'll keep updating you as those boxes fly out the door.
Bulk deliveries of international packages are still en route to the local market fulfillment partners. As we get updates, we'll loop you all in.

In other news, City State of the Invincible Overlord is crowdfunding now. This is an amazing city, wilderness and dungeon setting from the earliest days of D&D lore. 1976, to be exact - it was the third published D&D setting (after Greyhawk and Blackmoor) and continues to fascinate gamers to this day.
