Hello everyone,

Let's just start this update with an awesome picture. This is the warehouse crew unloading a container of Caverns of Thracia:

So yes, as this picture implies, Caverns of Thracia has arrived at our warehouse! All three containers of it!

The good news is, the product is here. But it will take several weeks for fulfillment to really get moving. 

First step is for us to ship out the bulk deliveries to international fulfillment partners. If we ship bulk now "at the front", international backers will get their individual deliveries "around the time the USA is finished." There are around 6-8 pallets of international orders we need to ship to EU/UK, AUS/NZ, and CAN, so that process has begun.

Once those pallets are shipped, we anticipate setting up the pick lines for US fulfillment. This is likely several weeks away. But as soon as those first parcels go out, it will be a steady stream for weeks on end. We will let you know when that moment begins!

The tariff situation has really complicated many things. First, for all you international backers out there, please know that we certainly don't support the tariffs (and they make things really hard on our business). But they are now a fact of life we have to contend with.

Canadian backers will see an additional fulfillment charge. We're still figuring out the details and will provide more clarity soon. In order to fulfill your packages using our local-market partner, Goodman Games now has to register with the Canadian government and pay certain fees. This may affect our ability to fulfill "from inside Canada" in the future (as opposed to shipping directly from a US origin point), but we're not 100% sure. As we figure all this out we will let you know more.

As far as we are aware - as of "right now" - there are no additional fees required for fulfillment to other markets.

We will likely re-open the pledge manager for Canada backers soon once we have all the details figured out.

Last weekend, we opened our warehouse to the public and ran a mini-con there. It was awesome. Thanks to everyone who attended. We obviously have some kinks to work out (bathrooms and lunch being two of them) but things went well enough that we're definitely planning Dungeon Con 2 for sometime next year.
