It's time for the final quarterfinal bout in Monster Madness! Yesterday's fight was a blowout with Babaw winning at a hefty 79%. Today we return with the fan favorite Brain-In-A-Beaker against the deadly Banelash. I think I can already guess who's going to win just based on "crowd appeal" but let's give the critters their time to shine!
Round 2, Match 4: BIAB vs Banelash
We close out the quarter final round with the monster who had the most lopsided win against the creature that had the closest victory! BIAB vs Banelash!
The Banelash used its impressive speed to overcome the might of the Corruption Zombie in round one, but will speed make a difference against something that uses psychic power and magic? It will have to get its attack in quickly and disrupt the BIAB’s concentration, but if anything can, it’s the Banelash!
But the BIAB isn’t going to take that sitting still! It’s going to take it sitting in a beaker! If the Brain in a Beaker is able to keep its eyes on the Banelash, it will have a clear path to attack, and rain down magical and psychic terror on the subterranean cephalopod!
The BIAB comes into this battle as the favorite after the first round, but the fight that is in the Banelash can’t be denied! Who’s going to make it through to the semis, and who is going to be watching from the sidelines—or the afterlife, depending on how this fight goes?
