As mentioned previously, US+CAN wave 1 fulfillment is virtually complete, so the focus of this update is international backers.
UK/EU Fulfillment Has Begun!
Our local partner tells us they've made great progress on shipping, and we've seen a lot of comments from backers across Europe indicating their parcels have arrived. Which is great news!
We'll post tracking numbers and provide a shipping summary once we receive the final confirmation from our local market partner. From what we have seen so far, though, they appear to be roughly 90%+ complete on shipping.
AUS Fulfillment Update
The freight is still on track to arrive in late March. Customs clearance and local transportation are always a variable but we are optimistic that fulfillment will begin by early to mid April.

We've fixed a map issue in one of the PDFs. All backers should see a new file in the pledge manager called "TFTU CS Book 2 Attack on Giants Part 1 (Updated)." On page 108, the map is now corrected.
A Backstage Look at Fulfillment
While our US warehouse was fulfilling Terror from the UnderDeep, we recorded a few moments so we could show backers what fulfillment really looks like. Check out the video below to see crowdfunding fulfillment in action! You might even see the moment that your order was packed!!
We're happy to announce that USA + Canada markets are 97%+ shipped as of today. The last wave of shipments just went out, so check your mailbox soon if you haven't already received your package!
Important information for international backers: Please complete your survey by this Friday, March 6!
If you completed your survey by the first-wave deadline, your pledge will be fulfilled in the "late March into April" time frame we mentioned previously. (Based on the latest vessel schedules we've seen, it looks like EU/UK will be on the early side of that window, and AUS/NZ will be on the later side.)
This Friday March 6 is the final survey deadline for international backers. We'll ship a second wave of pledge items to our local-market partners to fulfill based on surveys as of Friday. Any surveys filled out after that will be shipped from the US, which typically means higher shipping costs. So, please complete those surveys!

US is 65% fulfilled, with about 300 additional packages mostly packed "except for that one last item" (which has now arrived, by the way). We're making fast progress on fulfillment and it's great to see the comments from backers whose products have landed!
Canada has started fulfillment. We are awaiting an update from the local partner but based on the information we have, they are making fast progress.

US Fulfillment Has Begun!
As of this update, 286 completed packages have left our Indiana facility!
Another roughly 250+ packages are packed "except for one last item." Once that last item arrives, we'll finalize them, tape them up, and ship them out.
Next week we anticipate several hundred packages going out, with many more to follow as fast as we can ship them.
Canada Fulfillment Is Beginning!
The Canadian fulfillment partner has confirmed the arrival of the goods. Based on comments here, it looks like backers are already receiving tracking notifications!
UK/EU + AUS/NZ Fulfillment
Fulfillment for UK/EU and AUS/NZ is contingent on both sets of shipments arriving (explained more detail in this previous update). Estimated fulfillment date is the same as previous update, which is roughly late March into April.
Dragon Rider's Primer
Just announced and crowdfunding starts next week! This crunchy 5E sourcebook elevates your adventure to new heights with flying mounts for all characters and their adversaries. Variant cover by 2014-era legend Hydro74 is hobby trade exclusive, plus exclusive play mat, pogs and pawns for tabletop play.
The container just landed and the first 80ish packages were posted today. We have another 50-100 queued up to pick-and-pack in the next few days.
There is one snag: one item was separated from the main delivery, and it should arrive by Friday, February 20. Once we're past this first batch of shipments, the remaining pledges require this separate delivery.
We will continue packing "everything but that item." When it arrives, we anticipate being able to quickly turn around several hundred packages by simply adding this one item to the boxes-already-almost-entirely-packed. So starting around Monday, February 23, tons of remaining pledges should go out the door. (And by "tons" we meant literal tons!! These boxed sets are heavy!)
International Fulfillment Status
If you are an international backers who completed your survey before the deadline, your items were separated from the US delivery while still in China and shipped direct to your receiving market. These direct-market deliveries will be the first to fulfill.
If you completed your survey after the deadline, your goods were shipped with the US delivery and are now in our Indiana warehouse. After the US fulfillment completes, we will pull the late surveys, and ship those goods via freight forwarder to recipient markets.
Remember that add-on items originate in the USA, as do the miniatures and T-shirts. So there are effectively two inbound deliveries for each market: the main delivery from China, and the "other stuff" from USA. Direct-market shipping improves shipping timelines but it's still a bit of a dance!
For backers who completed surveys before the deadline, here is market by market status.
Canada: Both the China-origin and USA-origin shipments have landed at the border. The local fulfillment company has a queue of projects (as always) but our project should be entering in their queue any day now.
UK/EU and AUS/NZ: Both these markets are similar - we are told the China-origin shipment is "close," but the US-origin shipment is still in a holding pattern at the US freight forwarder. We shipped these a while ago but it's always a "waiting game" to see when the freight forwarder gets them moving. As a really rough estimate we'd guess fulfillment in late March or early April as of right now.
