Just wanted to say "thanks" for a really fun campaign.
It was great seeing all the enthusiasm around old-school RPGs, pinball, classic art, and everything in between.
This morning, the product development team assigned out writers for the new magic items developed on the countdown show. Everything else for this project is written and in various stages of editing, layout, or proofing already. We'll keep you apprised as things get finalized and sent to the printer.
In the meantime, we'll keep mulling over that poll on which RPG adventure would make the best pinball game. So many great ideas in there. We've attached it here for reference, but it's not even just about the votes; the comments were fantastic and really showed an appreciation for certain adventures. If we ever do need to spice up the Gen Con booth quite a bit, maybe this is something we commission as a one-off...
Anyway, dreams of D&D pinball aside - thanks everyone, more to come!

Hello everyone! This project ends tomorrow and we're so excited with all the enthusiasm. It's been awesome seeing the community form around old-school RPGs, classic art, and pinball.

Pinball has so many catchphrases and lore items. Extra life! Multi ball! Jackpot! Match! Drop target! And of course - pinball wizard!

Why do we ask? Well, the project ends tomorrow. We're doing a countdown show starting at 11am Pacific / 2pm Eastern on Wednesday. And it occurs to us... if we get to OT mode, it might be fun to stack the stretch goal booklet with some bonus magic items...

There is just so much great art in this project! And, just between you and me, we all need a little more great art for the gaming den, right? While our license on Pinball Crawl Classics puts some limits on what we can do there, we have free reign to offer art prints for the other titles. Therefore, we'll be including art prints of four covers by Doug Kovacs, William McAusland and Stefan Poag in backer packages. Print backers get the print version; PDF backers get the PDF version.

Which D&D / DCC Adventure Makes the Best Pinball Game?
These is one day left in this poll, which is attached to this update. There's been some great back-and-forth in the comments. There's no skin in the game here - it's not like we're going to actually make a real pinball machine from this (or will we??) - it's just for fun. Today we're sharing another round of high-res pinball scans. For Pinball Crawl Classics, we have the license to create new adventures inspired by the original cabinet and playfield art. Unlike adapting a movie or novel, there is hardly any canon or lore that we have to adhere to. It's an open playfield (pun intended). This is both a challenge and a blessing!
So here is the Centaur playfield and cabinet art. What adventure would YOU write based on this? Always fun to see the backer comments here on the page - we'd love to hear your thoughts!
