Orders will be locked on March 31st, so make sure that your survey is in by then!

Hi all, Gray here!

It's been a long week full of logistics and prep, but I have some great news to show for it.

First off, the extra stories have been selected and will have an author spotlight for the next update— these are extremely exciting stories that didn't quite have a place in the original lineup, but have found their way in through the stretch goals. However, because these stories are late additions, they will not be able to make it into the physical edition— this is subject to change based on a few factors, but it is very unlikely all the same.

The smoke test for the Backer Survey begins this week— a small portion of you will receive the survey in the next day or two before the full survey goes out next week.

Finally, the best news for last! Last week, I mentioned that due to some scheduling constraints, PlanetsAndMagic was unavailable to provide the cover art. Since then, we've reached out and found a new cover artist: Celestial Fang.

Celestial Fang is a Chinese-Australian illustrator and aspiring cult leader. An obsession with cyborgs, religion, androgynous beauties and sexual horror informs his works, which span everything from digital paintings to illuminated manuscripts. He enjoys travelling around Asia to draw inspiration from ancient sites and traditional crafts. For his gallery, please visit celestialfang-art.com.

This update is primarily aimed at those who have already backed, but if you haven't, then you're almost out of time! 

First up, we have reached our next stretch goal: Special commissioned cover art for the physical edition! 

Unfortunately, due to scheduling constraints we won't be able to move forward with the artist that we initially planned. Along with this update, I'll post a poll to the BackerKit page so that you can decide whether we use the original art (expanded to cover the whole book, of course) or find an alternative artist for the cover.
