I've just received an ETA from the printers that the printed copies will be available no later than next week. Shipping will begin in batches shortly after the books are received in order to improve response time due to unexpected difficulties. If you need to update your address, please do so sooner rather than later! 

While the full digital release is available, it is currently only provided as a PDF. In order to best accommodate as many readers as possible, an epub edition is in the works, but requires a complete reformatting of the text and so may not be available for the next week or two. 

The epub will be distributed to everyone who purchased a digital copy.
