PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: January Update: Disparation Is Here!
Hello everyone!
This is Harry, your friendly Customer Service representative, filling in for the January update.
First, thank you for your patience, and apologies for the delay on our usual Tuesday update. Things have been a bit hectic lately with the arrival of Disparation at the Flat River Group warehouse! Some of you may have even spotted it briefly pop up on Amazon, which unfortunately spoiled the surprise a bit. Rest assured, everything is moving forward as planned. This mistake was caught, and any orders that were placed should have been cancelled.
Flat River Group will continue to honor all pre-orders and BackerKit pledges. Our intent has always been to ensure that backers receive their orders before Disparation becomes widely available through other retail channels, and we are on track to fulfill these orders within Q1.
What’s next?
We know that some of you may have moved since placing your pledge. To help with this, backer addresses that were previously locked have now been unlocked. You should receive an email giving you a 48-hour window to review and update your shipping address before it is locked again.

For backers with partially fulfilled orders, you should still be able to update your address at any time. If you run into any issues or have questions about your address, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]—we’re happy to help.
Thank you all again for your continued patience and support throughout this long process. It’s been quite a journey, but the wait is nearly over, and we’re very excited to finally get Disparation into your hands.
PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: December Update: Disparation Is Almost Here
Good morning, Sentinels!
Flat River Group has let me know that the Disparation print run and its components are expected to arrive at their warehouse in late December. If everything continues to go smoothly with ocean freight and movement through the ports, there is a chance they will be able to start shipping some copies this month. If that does not line up, the current expectation is that shipping will begin in early January.
I want to keep sharing the clearest information I have without turning hopeful timelines into firm promises. Freight and port timing can still shift, so I would rather be honest about the current window than give you a specific date that might move again.
The important part is that Disparation has made it through the long production and freight process and is now in the “almost at the warehouse, almost ready to ship” phase. This is excellent news, and we’re very excited that Disparation is almost in your hands!
Thank you, sincerely, for your patience and support through this whole process. I know you have been waiting a long time to add Disparation content to your games, and I am very glad to be able to say that the wait is nearly over.
Until next time, keep on saving the Multiverse!

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: November Update
I haven't heard or seen anything personally from the factory, but folks at FRG informed me that we're still on track, so that's good to hear. I don't yet have an idea of when to expect fulfillment to wrap up, but as soon as I know more, I'll let you know. Also, if you need to update your address, hold on for now — I'll post in an update when it's time to do so, just to make sure we have the latest info on when we're shipping where. If that becomes important to do before a regularly scheduled monthly update, I'll post a special update expressly calling for address updates.
Until next month, keep on being the heroes I know you are.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: October update
Good morning, heroes.
Short, solid news this month: the printer has verified that production is underway. That’s the concrete step we’ve all been waiting for. FRG’s internal status also says they anticipate fulfillment in Q1 2026. I’ll keep you posted as I get specifics on milestones like component proofing, assembly, and freight handoff. For now, the big swing is that we’ve moved from waiting to printing.
I’ll share images or proofs when I have them.
