PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: July Update
Hey everyone,
It’s the beginning of July, which means it’s time for another monthly check-in. I wish I had exciting news to share — a shipping timeline, production progress, anything. But unfortunately, I don’t have any updates to report.
At this time, I’m still waiting on official communication and direction regarding next steps for the Disparation expansion, and the only thing I've heard is the same intention to produce Disparation at some point this year. That’s been the case for some time now, and I know how frustrating it is. It’s deeply frustrating for me, too.
But I haven’t walked away. I’m still here. Still writing these updates, at the very least, because I still care: about this project, about this Multiverse, and about you.
If I receive any new information, I will absolutely share it with you right away. In the meantime, I appreciate your continued patience more than I can say. It means a lot to me that you’re still paying attention, still hoping. I’m right there with you.
Thank you for sticking around.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: June Update: Status of Disparation
Hey, folks;
This past month, I've been focused on how to move forward in the world of Sentinel Comics. I don't yet know exactly what comes next, but I do know that everything has come to a screeching halt. That’s been difficult, to say the least. The files for this project are complete and have already been delivered to the printer and verified as correct, but right now, things are paused.
The official word right now is that we plan to go into production as soon as the tariff situation improves and ocean freight stabilizes and we are very hopeful we will be able to complete this project by Q4.
For my part, I will continue to push for clarity and movement, and I’ll keep posting monthly updates, even when there’s little new to report. I have a responsibility to this game, and of course, to you.
Thank you, as always, for your continued patience and support. I believe in this project, and I remain dedicated to seeing it through.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: May Update
Hello everyone,
I'm writing today under circumstances I never anticipated. As many of you may have already heard, Greater Than Games has undergone a significant reduction in staff due to the ongoing international tariff crisis. As of April 17th, our team has been reduced to just Paul, Adam, and myself.
This decision was made by our parent company, Flat River Group, in response to the severe economic pressures resulting from the international tariff crisis. As a result, all projects, including the Disparation expansion, have been put on hiatus until the current economic situation becomes more clear. The production of Disparation, which was in the process of being printed, has been halted at the printer. At this time, we lack detailed information about the current status of the expansion. We are committed to keeping you informed in future updates as much as possible.
Despite these challenges, Paul, Adam, and I remain absolutely committed to delivering Disparation to all of you. However, our current ability to act is severely limited. We will continue to provide monthly updates, as long as we are able, and we fully intend to resume work on this campaign when circumstances allow.
We are deeply sorry that this is happening and that you had to find out this way. We share in your disappointment and frustration. The staff of Greater Than Games were some of the most talented and dedicated individuals I've had the pleasure to work with over the last decade and a half. While many of them are already moving on to new opportunities, their sudden departure has left us devastated. Many of the projects we had in motion have come to an abrupt halt. Please know that Paul, Adam, and I are doing everything we can to pick up the pieces and find a way to deliver on our commitments to you.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: April Update! No Foolin'!
Hello, everyone!
I just wanted to start out by saying that even though this update is released on April 1st, I'm not doing any April Foolish content — you folks don't need me lying to you in this update. Just wanted to get that out of the way first. I get to tell you great news in this month’s update, and I didn't want it to seem in any way untrustworthy. I also have some card images to share, so let’s jump right in!

Just wanted to get that out of the way first. I get to tell you great news in this month’s update, and I didn't want it to seem in any way untrustworthy. I also have some card images to share, so let’s jump right in!
All Files Have Been Approved, and Production is Underway!
The big news this month is that all the files for the Disparation expansion have been approved by the printer! Production is officially underway. It’s still a bit early to know exactly how long it’ll take, but I can’t tell you how thrilling it is to finally be in the "making the physical product" stage of the process. This is a huge step forward, and I can’t wait to see the game in physical form!
Stick to your Principles!
Throughout development, one thing that changed a lot were the Principles. I saw some chatter in the Sentinels communities about the Principles that were spoiled by the rulebook in last month’s update, so I thought I’d share a few more with you this time!
Let's take a look!
- Principle of the Defender: You have a Reaction that you can use once a turn to completely stop damage coming at you. 20 irreducible damage? Prevented. Boom. Done. However, during your END PHASE, you non-optionally pick an ally and take ALL of their damage for one round. Can you survive all the damage sent your way? I believe in you!
- Principle of Rage: When you take damage, you get tokens on this Principle. As long as you have at least 3 tokens, you get +1 to all the damage you deal. But! Once you get 6 or more tokens, your rage explodes! You remove 6 tokens and deal everything 1 fire damage. Note that if you happen to have 9 tokens (or more) at your END PHASE, when you remove 6 of them, the 1 fire damage you'll deal everyone is actually 2 fire damage, as its bolstered by your own rage! Could be good... could be bad... can you manage your rage? I hope so!
- Principle of the Undead: When you die, no you don't. You always come back during your END PHASE. However, you're fading fast during your START PHASE, so you're gonna have at least a turn or two of using your Incapacitated abilities over the course of the game. But, not to worry! You'll be back!
Just wanted to give you a hint at what's coming. There are THIRTY Principles in Disparation, so you've got a lot to chew on there!
Thank You and What’s Next
I can’t thank you all enough for your support and patience through this process. You’ve made this journey so much more enjoyable, and I’m beyond excited to keep you updated as things progress. I’ll have more info for you next month, especially as we hear more from the factory about how production is moving along.
Until then, keep on saving the Multiverse!

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: Time Marches On!
Heroes, villains, and everything in between, we’ve got another Disparation update for you!
We’ve been deep in the trenches with the layout team, playtesters, and factory, going back and forth to make sure every detail is just right. We want to ensure Disparation looks its absolute best and plays as smoothly as possible when it finally lands in your hands, and things are looking good!
We are still on track for release this year! Ideally, we’re aiming to have it in hand before Gen Con, but with the ever-changing landscape of shipping logistics and new tariffs, we don’t want to make any promises we can’t keep. That said, we’re hopeful, and we’ll keep you updated as we go!
And now, the moment many of you have been waiting for — the Disparation rulebook is here! (I only have a "send to the printer" quality PDF of the rulebook, which was HUGE and took a long time to load, so I did some janky things to it to reduce the file size to vaguely manageable, so it's got some artifacting and low image quality that will NOT be in the final version.) That’s right, as promised, you can finally bask in its glory. Bask! BASK!
Thank you all so much for your patience and support. The finish line is in sight, and we can’t wait to get Disparation into your hands! I look forward to telling you about how the printing is going in next month's update!
