Frankly I'm worried about the Diamond Comics situation and that Green Ronin is needing to seek out donations in order to join a lawsuit against Diamond Comics. What Diamond Comics is doing is truly despicable in my opinion as an aside. I'm just seriously worried that Green Ronin and other creator/publishers won't end up going under fighting this battle. Feels like they Green Ronin and others are in a no win scenario with this. I and many who are more knowledgeable on these types of policies say that Green Ronin and the rest of the developer's can't win. Precedence in law is a thing and there is precedence in this case that due to not signing some sort of contract stipulation that Green Ronin and the other developers are out of luck.
