Ian here again with your monthly update. This month, I want to respond to some of the comments from my last update. First, I apologize if I was too vague about some things. Please keep in mind that I’m the developer for the books, not a sales or marketing person. I do my best to take the info I get and give you folks an honest update with the information I have at hand. That said, my writing “text complete” was probably too vague. Let me clarify exactly where things stand, at least as far as the books are concerned:
The Expanse: Transport Union Edition: The book is 100% complete and in the hands of Ty and Daniel awaiting their final approval.
The Crew Companion: The book has been written, developed, edited, and we have some of the art in. Rough layout has begun.
Free Navy Conflict: The book has been written, developed, edited, and the art order is in.
Daemon’s Gambit: The book has been written, developed, edited, and the art order is in.
The Diamond issue is still ongoing and has been a major drain on time, resources, and well… everything. The donations folks made helped a lot, but money doesn’t solve everything. I don’t feel it's my place to get into the details, but I can say it's been an onerous process. At least one company has been driven out of business by this debacle. (Please be assured that is not happening with us. I don’t want to start any rumors here.) Some folks don't realize that we are a very small company working hard to do big things, and getting blindsided by something like the Diamond mess really mucks up the works.
I hope this helps to clear things up a little. We’re here and respond to comments and feedback as quickly as possible. And we're all working as hard as we can to get you all your books and other rewards as quickly as possible. I promise, it's as frustrating to us as it is to you. I want to address your concerns as best I can. If you have any specific questions about the process or book details, please hit me up in the comments.

A quick addendum here from your friendly neighborhood ops manager: the VTT update isn't quite ready to be included here this month (last month?), but we can probably expect it for the next update.
