Project Update: Card charging snafu - fixing today
Hey cryptid lovers!
Quick update for you - I said I was going to charge cards on Monday, however, it totally slipped my mind. So this morning I went to charge them instead and in my rush, I totally forgot to remove the preorder add-ons that didn't get funded from people's carts. Ack!
The items I forgot to remove were the 3 Bill Cipher enamel pins that were up for preorder. They didn't get funded, so I am removing them now.
Around 11 people got charged for them, so I'm going through and issuing refunds now.

Declined Payments
There were over 70 cards that got declined when I charged them, which is a pretty hefty amount and honestly pretty concerning! This is a reminder that you won't receive your rewards unless you fix your payment even if your payment for the main campaign went through.
Please, please, PLEASE check your email to see whether your payment went through or not, and please fix it at your earliest convenience if your payment was declined.
