Popping in to give you all a quick update on the production process! Thank you all so much for your patience, plushies have been put into production. Here are a few behind-the-scene photos for the plush production, where we've made and sorted identity cards for each plush and also customized plush tags!:

Production Progress

Since we had so much delays with the sampling process, my manu is planning on sending me the plushies in two batches, the first will be Stitches, Button and Chiffon, and the second batch will have all our new Pals!

The extra goodies (keychains, pins, patches) are all in production as well and I should start receiving them in sometime next month!

I'll be back with another update in the first week of September! I try to keep my updates monthly because 1) production can take awhile and there may not be much progress to update in less than a month and 2) I want to avoid spamming y'all with too many emails! This means that I will be locking surveys in two weeks time on June 15th! All backers will have two weeks to lock in on their Pal choices for their plushies/pins/etc! Once surveys close, you will no longer be able to make any changes to the rewards you choose! If you'd like to add on additional Pals to your existing order, you can also do so during this time~

Hi everyone!

I wanted to make a quick update for the month of April to let you know where we're at with the new samples! I just had a two hour long meeting with my manufacturer and we finalized fabric colors, patch patterns, and embroidery blueprints! This means they'll be putting into production the final version of the samples and I should be able to show you all photos soon, woohoo!

Thank you all so much for your patience, plush sampling is always a long and tedious process, but I don't want to rush it to ensure we can produce the cutest, and closest-to-our-design sample as we can!

As stated in the previous update, surveys remain open for you to access and update your reward choices! They won't close until I have the photos of the new samples to show everyone and give everyone time to make changes if needed.

Also, I'm sure some if not all of you have heard about all the recent tariff news and the impacts it will have on small business owners like myself. I just want to reassure everyone that I will not be passing on any additional tariff charges to you guys and will be covering all of it myself, even if out of my own pocket if needed. I understand with the current economy, it's a difficult time for everyone and it just would not be fair for me to make my customers shoulder these extra charges for something that you and I cannot control! The only thing I would like to ask is some extra patience and leniency with the fulfilment date, as me and my shipping team figure out the best way to ship our stock here over the new few months!
