Hello, I changed my adress long before the orders were locked and received a mail saying my order was shipped. But since December 29th my packages is still at the same step of shipping ( "Votre envoi est en transit sur nos plateformes logistiques."), it's not supposed to take more than 10 days to complete this step according to the site of the mailing system. I tried to contact french's mailing system but they tell me to contact you. I'm scared that changing my adress might have created an error and that my package is lost. Even though i'm 100% sure i entered it correctly. Can i have some news? My pledge was 300+ € ... i'm very concerned. Sorry for using this to contact you but i got no answers when i mailed the e-mail.

The Patchwork Pals are an energetic bunch and some of our Pals maaay have gotten a little too excited heading to their new homes and jumped in the wrong box. We've also gotten wind of some Pals who had wandered off on their adventure before they’ve had all their pieces fully stitched on! If this is the case for your Pal, please send my fulfilment team an email over at [email protected] and we'll help you out!

Project Update: ♡ Oct Production Update ♡ Production Almost Complete!
Here is October's progress update! 3/10 plushie production have been completed and the remaining 7 pals' production are being wrapped up this week. My manufacturer will be sending them in two batches, with Stitches, Button and Chiffon being shipped out first via sea freight and the remaining 7 Pals going out at the end of this week. However I've upgraded the second shipment to air shipping to ensure that the second batch arrives to me before the holiday season. We're currently looking at both shipments arriving to our warehouse around mid November.
After doing quality checks, my fulfilment team will aim to fulfill all orders before mid December. Please note that while we want to ship everything out before the holiday season, we cannot guarantee that the packages will arrive before Christmas! Currently, there is also an ongoing strike with Canada Post. I'm check daily for new updates but hopefully this will be resolved by the time we are ready to ship out packages in November!
