Hi everyone!

I wanted to make a quick update for the month of April to let you know where we're at with the new samples! I just had a two hour long meeting with my manufacturer and we finalized fabric colors, patch patterns, and embroidery blueprints! This means they'll be putting into production the final version of the samples and I should be able to show you all photos soon, woohoo!

Thank you all so much for your patience, plush sampling is always a long and tedious process, but I don't want to rush it to ensure we can produce the cutest, and closest-to-our-design sample as we can!

As stated in the previous update, surveys remain open for you to access and update your reward choices! They won't close until I have the photos of the new samples to show everyone and give everyone time to make changes if needed.

Also, I'm sure some if not all of you have heard about all the recent tariff news and the impacts it will have on small business owners like myself. I just want to reassure everyone that I will not be passing on any additional tariff charges to you guys and will be covering all of it myself, even if out of my own pocket if needed. I understand with the current economy, it's a difficult time for everyone and it just would not be fair for me to make my customers shoulder these extra charges for something that you and I cannot control! The only thing I would like to ask is some extra patience and leniency with the fulfilment date, as me and my shipping team figure out the best way to ship our stock here over the new few months!

Hi everyone!

Thank you all for filling out your surveys in such a timely manner! We've already reached 85% completion on the surveys! I will be extending the survey deadline for the last 15% of folks who have yet to fill their surveys, and also for everyone to have time to see this update as I have a few things to announce:

First is, I've lowered the goals for Paisley and Scraps so that both are now unlocked! In the end, I didn't want to disappoint the dedicated backers that Paisley and Scraps have won the hearts of and will be self-funding the difference to bring them to life. However, since Paisley and Scraps are late unlocks, they will NOT have keychain / enamel pin / patch designs. My apologies but this is final! They will still have their matching free ID cards~

Next, I hear everyone's requests to see sample photos of the new plush designs before locking in their choices! I totally get it, with items like plushies, I want to see the final samples too before making my choice. Therefore, the surveys will remain open and editable until I have the photos of the new samples to show everyone.

Finally, I'm currently working on the samples! We've already gotten the shapes down for our new Pals, the next step is to match the right fabric colors, then we test the embroidery and patches and finalize details like ribbon, button, etc. I hope to have photos to show everyone by early April!!

Hi everyone!

Wow I was so focused on getting the surveys out to you guys that I totally forgot I've been waiting for the survey update to finally reveal Woolly and Ruffles' enamel pin / patch design! Well, now they get their own update just for that!

Those of you who have filled out their surveys already probably already saw the designs, but here they are!

For those who missed the BackerKit campaign, the preorder store will be open for the next 10 days!

Thank you so so much for your patience, BackerKit surveys have just been sent out. You will have until Mar 20th to fill out the survey and add-on additional items if you'd like, after which I'll close BackerKit to finalize item counts! REMEMBER: All costs/prices in the survey are shown in CAD!

NOTE: if you are had selected the payment plan option for the campaign, you will not receive your survey until AFTER the last payment has been submitted, per BackerKit policy.

Samples for the new designs are currently underway, unfortunately, I don't think I will be able to have them ready by March 20th. To not delay production by delaying surveys, I'll however be updating everyone as soon as I have samples or photos to show and you're free to reach out to me to edit your plushie choice after seeing the updates!

Please allow 24 hours for BackerKit to send out all the surveys and make sure to check your spam/trash folders if you can't find it! Below, I'll start to go in-depth on how BackerKit works, please please read this carefully! Once you click "Get Started!" and you've answered the first question regarding backer responsibilities, you will be given the option to select the design of the plush/rewards you'd like to receive.

If you used BackerKit's add-on feature during the campaign to add on more items, you will be able to select the design for each add-on on the next page.

You'll then be taken to the Add-Ons page where you can see what's in your cart so far and add on more items not included in your original pledge if you wish. Here is where you can also help unlock Paisley the Patchwork Pig and Scraps the Patchwork Raccoon! Both have a minimum goal order of 60 plushies before they can be unlocked!

Freebie items, like the cross-collab freebie enamel pin and freebie sticker for early bird backers, will be automatically added to your items list!

Note: You may see a positive value in the Balance bar even if you did not choose to buy any more items. Please note this is because the Balance factors in the unpaid shipping fee!

For all backers, you will be charged the shipping fees through BackerKit. These fees are calculated based on the overall weight of your package and your shipping destination address. All fees are shown in CAD!

On the next page, you will be able to fill out your address. You will be able to change your address all the way up until I've received the products in hand and are ready to ship them out. I'll have another update to notify everyone ahead of time before I close address changes so do not worry if you are planning a move!

On the last page, you will be able to input your card info/use PayPal to pay for shipping and any additional add-on items you may have included that were not covered by your initial pledge. Payment charges for cards are currently scheduled to be made on Mar 20th so please expect your card to be charged on this day!

After you've submitted your survey, you can always go back and edit your choices as long as you do so before your responses are locked on Mar 20th by using the link provided in the original survey email!
