It has been 6 months since the deadline for surveys, but there's still a handful of backers who either have not filled out the survey or have failed BackerKit charges. Emails have been sent out today to these backers and there will be a final one week period from now for surveys/payments to go through, after which I'll be permanently closing surveys. If you just completed your payment/survey after this last call email, your order will be shipped out after the holiday season in January!

If you're one of these backers and fail to respond to the survey, then any amount you've pledged will be considered support/donation to this project, as there is a strict no refund policy for this project!

If you still have not received a tracking number email for your package, it is like due to an issue with BackerKit emails (possibly going to spam/junk folders) or possible misspelling of your email address. If you have this problem, please email me at [email protected] with your FULL NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, and BACKER ID#!

The Patchwork Pals are an energetic bunch and some of our Pals maaay have gotten a little too excited heading to their new homes and jumped in the wrong box. We've also gotten wind of some Pals who had wandered off on their adventure before they’ve had all their pieces fully stitched on! If this is the case for your Pal, please send my fulfilment team an email over at [email protected] and we'll help you out!

Leftover Patchwork Pals and their associated goods (pins, patches, keychains) will be listed in my online shop around Jan/Feb! Currently, my amazing shipping team has been fulfilling orders every day since we started last week and will continue to do so. Our goal is to have everything shipped out by mid Dec!

There are currently still 200+ orders to be shipped out so please be patient with the fulfilment process! Plushies have just arrived at my warehouse! My fulfilment warehouse will soon begin the quality checking process before we begin fulfilling orders!

Please note that due to the large volume of orders, we plan to fulfill all orders before the holidays BUT cannot guarantee delivery before the holidays, especially for international packages!

Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date! If you need to change your address, or want to double check which address you put down in the survey, you can do so by going to this link: https://patchwork-pals.backerkit.com/ to recover your survey! If address changes need to be made, please do so before Monday, Nov 10th as I will be locking addresses on that day!

Here is October's progress update! 3/10 plushie production have been completed and the remaining 7 pals' production are being wrapped up this week. My manufacturer will be sending them in two batches, with Stitches, Button and Chiffon being shipped out first via sea freight and the remaining 7 Pals going out at the end of this week. However I've upgraded the second shipment to air shipping to ensure that the second batch arrives to me before the holiday season. We're currently looking at both shipments arriving to our warehouse around mid November.

After doing quality checks, my fulfilment team will aim to fulfill all orders before mid December. Please note that while we want to ship everything out before the holiday season, we cannot guarantee that the packages will arrive before Christmas! Currently, there is also an ongoing strike with Canada Post. I'm check daily for new updates but hopefully this will be resolved by the time we are ready to ship out packages in November!

Here is September's progress update! Thank you all so so much again for your patience. I've been messaging my manufacturer almost every day for the past month asking for updates. To hopefully compensate a little bit for you guys' kindness and patience with the delays, I'm including a free sticker sheet in everyone's order!

I also wanted to show you guys the new official family photo we took with all ten of our Pals! Look how adorable they all look together aaa

Stitches, Button, and Chiffon are in the final stages, all that's left is to quality check, apply tags, and package. I will be asking my manufacturer to send these three to me first. If your order only has one (or multiple) of these three plushies, we will start fulfilment for these orders first. Since it still takes some time for the plushies to arrive to me from China, I estimate we can start fulfilling mid to late October. If your order has one of the later seven new Pals, it will take another 2-3 weeks before we receive those and can fulfill your orders!
