Hi everyone,
We want to share a quick update about Lingoyak.
We want to share a quick update about Lingoyak.
Recently, we discovered that part of our API was exposed. As a precaution, we immediately secured our server, moved sensitive data to a protected environment, and fixed several related bugs.
Some of you may have noticed temporary issues creating topics or using certain features. Update the app. Everything is now fully restored on both the App Store and Google Play.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolved this.

Project Update: MexiLingo + LingoYak Progress Update: 30% Complete!
Dear backers,
Quick progress update for everyone.
MexiLingo, our collection of Mexican Spanish slang and real-world phrases, has reached 30% completion. These phrases focus on how people actually speak in Mexico; casual, cultural, and everyday expressions that go beyond textbook Spanish.
The completed phrases are currently being gradually integrated into Lingoyak and will be fully published after the kickstarter campaign. This milestone represents a strong foundation that we’ll continue building on in the coming weeks.
Next steps include expanding phrase coverage, polishing the in-app experience, and continuing integration across Lingoyak app.

Project Update: Mexilingo Update Mexilingo Plus LingoYak Is Now Live on Kickstarter

We have officially launched Mexilingo plus LingoYak on Kickstarter. Since the original Mexilingo book, the project has evolved into a full digital experience integrated directly into the LingoYak app.

Project Update: Mexilingo Update: Delivery Confirmed + LingoYak Integration
Hello dear Mexilingo backer,
Happy New Year!
First, I want to sincerely thank you for your patience and for believing in Mexilingo.
I owe you a clear and honest update.
Over the past year, the Mexilingo project was unfortunately paused due to serious and unexpected family circumstances. My former partner and I were meant to handle the project together, but following our separation and a legal court process, I was unable to continue work during that period. This is the reason communication stopped, and I truly apologize for the silence.
Today, I’m writing with good news and a firm commitment.
Mexilingo Is Back and Stronger Than Ever
Rather than releasing Mexilingo as a standalone book, I made the decision to fully integrate Mexilingo into the LingoYak app, where it can deliver far more value:
