Project Update: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LABELS
Hi folks!
I just wanted to send out a note to let all our international folks know that if their tracking number begins with “AHOY”, it is being transported from us to an export center!
From there the tracking number will change! If anyone is unable to find their second tracking number when the first one reads “delivered”, please email us at [email protected] and we will send it to you!

Project Update: 📬 ALMOST 100% FULFILLED!! 📬
98% of Backerkit orders are fulfilled!!
We have dropped about 1/3 off at the post office, and the other 2/3 will be getting dropped off tomorrow!! You should all have tracking in your email, but if for some reason need help finding it, please don't hesitate to email us or post a comment! 🥰 It also might take a few days or up to a week to update, as they will not all be scanned in until they hit the regional USPS location.
The remaining 4 packages unfulfilled are people who had chosen Bubbles, Dizzy, or Basil, and we are waiting for an email back from them before shipping them out!!

We also fulfilled all of blanket pre-orders and ko-fi orders!! 💛⭐️
We are so incredibly grateful for all your support and patience through all of the craziness this past 18 months!! Jojo's parents also both helped pack up and take so much to the post office, so shout out to them for feeding us and helping fulfill orders!!

Project Update: ‼️CONFIRMED SHIPPING DATES- September 7-9!!‼️
Hi everyone!! We have an official ship out date!!
Law is flying to Jojo THIS WEEKEND to help ship out all the critters!! Fulfillment will be from September 7-9, and out goal is to get all 380 orders out in that time!! All critters will be shipped out within 5-7 days of the 7th at the latest, but we anticipate getting everyone shipped out in the 3-day period!!
We are so unbeliever excited for everyone’s critters to make their ways home to you guys!!

Project Update: 🚨SHIPPING UPDATE: CRITTERS ARRIVING, FIXING ERRORED CARDS, COMPLETING SURVEYS🚨
Hi folks!! The sleepy service puppies made it to Jojo (check out our Instagram for more info @thechroniccritters), and the rest of the critters will be here the last week of August or first week of September!
We we prepare to ship, we have a couple reminders!!
We have a few folks whose cards errored when charging for the pledges and shipping- we have sent out an email to those folks to remind them to fix their cards!
We also have 32 surveys which have not been filled out! A reminder email with your survey link has been sent to you!
If you are one of these folks, please make sure you fix your cards or fill out your surveys!!
We cannot ship out your rewards until this is completed!!
We’re so excited this critters are finally, finally about to be sent to their new homes! As always, y’all have been the best group of supporters we could’ve asked for!

Project Update: MEGA UPDATE- The Light at the END of the Tunnel!
WE HAVE A MEGA UPDATE!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
After 15 months, two wars causing major delays, and a few gallons of tears shed from the stress of wanting these critters in their new homes, we finally have a set timeline!! There has been so much uncertainty on timing since the first major production delay back in August with samples, and we are so excited to announce that ALL CRITTERS WILL BE OUT OF PRODUCTION AND ON THE WAY TO US BY THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY!!
First of all, Porsha and Salem have been shipped!! They are the first two of the 9 critters to start their journey to the US! Everyone wish safe travels to the puppies!
Their journey will take about 30 days to get to us- then Jojo will ship all orders that are only puppies!
Juniper is currently being packed up and will be following suit within the week!
Behind Juniper is Eclair and Clover; they are going through their quality checks!
Poppy has been sewn and is awaiting stuffing and quality checks!
Lastly, Audie and Oolong are almost done being sewn!
All critters will be on the way to us by the end of June!!
We will be staggering shipping based on what critters get to us at what time so we can get all critters shipped out much faster! However, all orders will be shipped out within a week of the last box of critters getting to us- fulfillment will be Jojo's only priority for the 3-4 weeks that the shipments are coming in! You've all waited more than long enough for your critters- there is no reason to not spend a few days straight shipping everyone out!
We are so unbelievably grateful for everyone's patience this past year- its been a crazy year full of unexpected twists and turns and we are excited for you all to finally bring your critters home! We're especially excited for everyone to see the fun little extras that come with their critters, as well as getting pictures of everyone in their new homes! The critters are all so excited to meet their new families!!
