Here is a quick run-down of what will happen in the next few weeks!!

Today: Campaign Closes, Cards are Locked + Charged for pledges only; Preorder store opens at 3 EST/12 PST!!

Friday, 4/25: Surveys sent out.

Friday, 5/9:Surveys Close- last day to add to your pledge!!

Saturday 5/31: Preorder Store Closes, last day to order any items from the Campaign!

If I pledged, can I still get something from the preorder store??
Yes! All items in the preorder store are also available as add-ons on your survey!!

Can I cancel a Preorder?
You will be able to cancel a preorder until the day the store closes. After that, we are unable to cancel it as it can affect production.

Can we preorder the Critters?
Yes!! All unlocked critters can be immediately purchased!!!

How do we unlock the locked characters?
We are offering preorders on these characters as a locked stretch goal preorder!! If we get 25 orders EACH of Bubbles, Basil and Dizzy, they will be unlocked!! You have until 5/31 to unlock these characters!!!
