This is just a quick update to let folks who have added additional items to their pledge, as well as Preorder backers know that payment methods will be charged March 15th! 

Failed payment methods will have a grace period to remedy their payment methods until April 3rd, roughly. 
From there, any failed payment methods will have their unpaid add-on items removed, and any preorder backers will have their orders cancelled.

Want More Noopy?! Don't forget we have our mega restock campaign launching March 16th! This campaign hopes to fund a small production run of 5+1 Noopy designs that have been sold out for quite some time!

1. I have begun the (hopefully) final revisions for the costumes and am waiting for the revised samples to be sent to me.
 Previously, I had mentioned the Banana hat accessory was a success-- the only thing I needed to wait on was the final unit price to be confirmed from my manu. This cost was confirmed the other day and as I had anticipated, it is quite a bit more expensive than planned. I factored this possibility with the price I offered it at, fully knowing I would not be making a profit off this specific costume. It is more important to me to be able to provide a product to our community that is whimsical and fun, even if it means a small loss in revenue in the long run on my end.

  With that being said, this is your last call for adding a Trash can costume to your pledge at the price it is listed at ($13). I will only be ordering the quantity needed due to the high production cost. Any remaining costumes will be sold at their revised retail cost of $20.

  Again, this was a projected/calculated risk on my part, and this is by no means meant to come across with any sort of dramatics or pessimistic tone. We definitely have enough in our budget to produce them, but not a lot of wiggle room to produce more than absolutely necessary!

The backerit store will be closing March 7th, and surveys will begin to lock. You will be notified to make any last minute revisions to your survey, and after roughly 48 hours, your survey will lock. This will finalize your backerkit pledge & add-ons. No further cancellations or order changes will be possible.
Yes, you will be able to change and update your shipping address! No need to worry about that yet!

⚠Pay over time backers who's first payment failed and has not been remedied (through either reaching out to me directly or fixing their payment methods) as well as any other backers who have not fixed their payment methods will be dropped from the campaign March 15th. Please let me know if you need further assistance before March 15th, as I am more than happy to help however I can! I will also attempt to email those backers one final time before dropping them.

From there, I'll be working behind the scenes to get everything going into production and updates from there should stagger out a little bit while the merchandise is produced!

But don't click away yet! We have our next campaign (our last 'big one' for the year, if I can help it!) preparing to launch.

The mega Restock campaign is scheduled to launch March 16th, and will run until March 31st.
  Don't worry, I know this seems like overkill considering the campaign we just finished, but this production is separate and will not be ready to initiate until close to May with a fulfillment timeline of around October!
As a reminder, you can back the campaign and your payment method is NOT charged until the campaign ends, which is March 31st! Additionally, you will have a grace period to remedy payment for up to 14 days!

As this production is separate from this campaign, no orders can be merged/combined/etc!

As most of folks have seen, the full surveys went out! We only have 33 or so backers (this is excluding the 26 POT backers who cannot fill out their surveys yet) who haven’t filled theirs out, which isn’t that bad! Please be sure to fill yours out to completion (Which means putting your payment information in so we can collect shipping later) so backer kit can tally your order count into my inventory numbers. 
Pay over time backers, please check the end of the update for an important change!

Evansville Horror Con: Jack Osbourne & David Howard Thornton Officially Own a NOOPY!
I had the honor of meeting and introducing Noopy to so many people this weekend, and I had a moment to talk to Jack where I asked if he’d be willing to accept a Noopy. I was unfortunately too anxious to ask for a photo and cared more about just sharing a little bit of Magic with him!

David was an absolute gem of a human, and he was so excited to hear about Noopy. A really wonderful experience all around!

Banana Hat & Burger costume samples are finished!
- The burger costume is going to be increased in size so it fits his entire torso. The shape colors and overall design has been approved, though!
- The banana peel hat has also been approved. This will now be officially included as part of the trash can costume!

I’ve had a few messages worried about missing out on certain items in the backerkit store since your survey cannot be issued. To help remedy this, I am asking you to please place a separate order on the backerkit store! Only make it for the items you want to add— not for the items you backed during the campaign! I will be able to manually merge those two surveys when the time comes. Please also note your payment method for the second order will be charged March 15th!

The backerkit preorder store will close march 7th!

I am so excited to say that the survey part has gone by a lot smoother and I have everything ready to go! 

What this is, is nothing more than just a randomly selected handful of backers will be issued their surveys early. This will allow me to ensure that everything is set up correctly, and will allow me a chance to fix any issues that might arise before hitting the full-send to all backers. 

Otherwise, I should hopefully have the full send of surveys issued after Monday!

EXCITING!!!

I did not take very many photos, mainly due to my anxiety and being so out of my element in this space, but also in general I have always been notoriously bad at taking pictures.. But the ones I took I think you will love to see!

It's such a crazy feeling to be able to say I was able to discuss the production plans and communicate the necessary revisions in person with Steven! I will have a full break-down on the upcoming adjustments in the coming days. It is primarily size adjustments, and some color adjustments. I also provided Steven with my self-made Egg prototype for him to bring back to China so their pattern designer can replicate it better to my vision. Hoping to see these updates sometime in early March!
   

I cannot express the excitement and the sheer honor it was to be able to participate in this event with them.
I am truly grateful and thankful for our manufacturer and representatives for sponsoring the majority of this trip.

I spent a majority of the trip very congested and under the weather, and Steven and Henry went above and beyond to help to provide medicine to help my symptoms. We shared some very funny moments and I even got to show them Pinball! Something they had never played before until this event!

Hello Noop Troop!

I have returned from Toy Fair safely! It was quite the experience, and only slightly terrifying. 😅

I am back home now and ready to give a status update on payments! 

At the time of this update, we have 51 failed payments. This is a staggering amount, significantly more than our projected buffer of 5-8%--This is roughly 15%. I hope backers will do their best to remedy their payment methods within the allotted time frame! If we can resolve at least 40 of those, we should be okay to proceed without any major financial issues! 

We have 26 backers who elected for the pay over time and I wanted to give a reminder (backerkit should have notified you of this when you set it up, but just in case I will reiterate it here) to those backers: Until you pay off your balance, your order cannot be counted or shipped. This includes your backerkit survey. When the surveys are issued to backers, you will not receive one unless your full balance has been paid. You are encouraged to pay the balance off as soon as possible to avoid any confusion. Please do not make a second order, as it will create two separate orders and can cause added confusion. 

If you were interested in the campaign but did not make it in time, please visit our backerkit preorder store.
Important: If you backed the campaign, do NOT go to the store to add additional items. Please wait until you are issued your backerkit survey as you will be able to add-on extra items then!
This is specifically for those who want a chance to preorder the items and missed the campaign deadline.

This will conclude the preorder window for Porter & Parker & Strawberry Noopy. While I do my best to do a left-overs drop for each production we do, I cannot guarantee any will be available later down the road.

Additional note for Pintopia backers, if you add additional items to your order through the backerkit store (such as the kindness token we have added), you will be charged for those items at the same time as preorder backers.
Shipping Fees Will Be Charged Later, around May or June. I will have more information about this closer to that time frame.
