I hope you're doing well. I wanted to give you a quick update on our Mystic Flora Pin Collection. While we initially aimed to ship in April, we've encountered a slight delay, and it's now May.
Please accept our apologies for this delay. However, I'm thrilled to announce that the enamel pin production has been successfully completed! Our supplier has shipped them to us, and we're now in the final stages of preparing for delivery to you.
Rest assured, we're working diligently to get everything ready for shipment as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding mean a lot to us.

Project Update: Fulfilment Surveys Sent 😍 📬 Check Your Inbox!
Hello, my dears! I'm letting you know that the fulfillment survey was sent out today. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards and get accurate counts for manufacturing and shipping.

- The orders will be locked in 10 days.
- For any changes to your orders after the deadline, you'll have to contact our support ([email protected]).
- I realize not everyone will be able to complete it by that date. If you are one of them try to do it as soon as possible.
- Please fill in the correct phone number next to your shipping address. Those are super important for delivery purposes. If I don't have the correct phone number the courier might have issues delivering it.
- If you need to review your information or pledge status after completing the survey, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://mysticflora.backerkit.com/.

- If you didn't get your survey please visit https://mysticflora.backerkit.com/ and enter your email. Backerkit will send you the link to your survey again.
- If you still didn't get the survey then please contact [email protected] (there's a well-known issue with Apple's privacy relay email ☹️ Apple literally hides some emails from you ... more about it below).

Apple - the iPhone company - has this thing called private relay email service which sends an email to a recipient using an automatically generated email address. This hides the real email address to preserve privacy. Private relay email addresses have the following characteristics: They end in @privaterelay.appleid.com. If you used this to register on BackerKit you might have issues receiving fulfillment surveys as the relay email might prevent you from getting them. If you didn't get the email (check your spam inbox just in case) and you use an Apple device please contact support at [email protected] so we can update your information. Try to use https://mysticflora.backerkit.com/ before reaching out to support to make sure that you really didn't get the email.

Project Update: Next steps 👉 processing payments, setting up the fulfilment survey, and more ...
Hello, my dearest! 🤗 As promised I wanted to give you a heads-up about the next steps. Currently, BackerKit is in the process of gathering all pledges from backers. If your pledge was not successfully processed due to an error, you have until the 10th of March to address the issue. Occasionally, payments are hindered by banks, so if this has occurred, kindly contact your bank to ensure they authorize BackerKit to proceed with processing your order.
After the 10th of March, I'll set up the fulfillment survey for this project. Within the survey, you will retain the option to customize your order or confirm it in its current state. Upon completion of the fulfillment survey, you will provide your address, enabling us to accurately dispatch your items. If you happen to be a backer of Wondering Dreamscapes as well all items will be shipped together in a single package.
As my minimum order quantities exceed the requirements for this project, individuals can continue to place preorders for the pins through BackerKit's dedicated preorder page. I will inform you once the preorder page is established, in case you are aware of anyone interested in joining the project.
