Project Update: Campaign Wrap-Up
I just wanted to post an update to let everyone know that we are officially wrapping up this crowdfunding campaign. All pledge rewards should now be delivered.
If you have not yet received your pledge rewards and haven’t already reached out for support, please post a comment below, and I will personally check on the status of your shipment.
If you are a customer in Germany and still haven’t received your rewards, there’s a high likelihood that your shipment got held up in customs. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered numerous issues with shipments to Germany not going through. If this applies to you, please post a comment below so I can assist you.
For anyone who has yet to submit their shipping information or needs a replacement shipment: please note that we are now officially out of the limited edition gobblin cards. As a result, any future shipments will not include this item.
If you’d like to purchase additional games, health trackers, or dice, we’ve just made them available on our website here: https://lewddungeonadventures.com/collections/merchandise. Everything listed on that page is overstock from previous crowdfunding campaigns, and quantities are extremely limited. Once these items sell out, they will not be restocked—so don’t wait too long if you’re interested! Please note: we are only shipping physical items from our store to US residents. Sorry, international peeps!
Finally, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who supported us and showed patience, understanding, and kindness throughout this turbulent campaign. Crowdfunding is always unpredictable, and while we try to plan for any challenges that might arise, this campaign presented hurdles we never anticipated. Your encouragement and compassion kept us going through it all, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing community we’ve built together. Thank you for helping make this project a reality—we couldn’t have done it without you.

Project Update: More Information on Where We're At With Shipping
It seems there have been a lot of miscommunications between me and Blackbox. I was just informed today that they still have 300 orders left to ship and that they’ll send me tracking information for everything next week, once all the orders have been shipped. I REALLY wish I could include screenshots of my communications with them in this post, but they conveniently have a confidentiality clause at the bottom of all their emails that prohibits sharing email communications.
To be fair, the person handling this project at Blackbox is new to the company. However, communication has been so inconsistent and mixed that I’ve completely lost faith in letting Blackbox handle another large project. With that said, I want to sincerely apologize for the chaos and inconvenience this has caused. It’s been incredibly stressful for me, and I know it’s been frustrating for many of you as well.
Please note that until Blackbox sends me their tracking document, I have no way of tracking shipments. From what I’ve heard from customers, some have already received their game, some have received their game without tracking information, some have gotten tracking info the day before their game arrived, and many haven’t received anything at all. It’s been all over the place.
With this new information in mind:

Project Update: Tracking Info Mislabeled as Disappearances in Riverhelm
Since several people have reached out about this, I want to clear up any confusion. For some reason, Blackbox labeled all shipments of the card game as Disappearances in Riverhelm. This was obviously a mistake, but rest assured, you are receiving the card game. I apologize for the confusion.
Additionally, Blackbox does not provide a way for me to track packages. To the best of my knowledge, all orders have shipped except for those where payment information has not been corrected or shipping fees have not been paid. It seems that some people have already received their orders.
If you are in the US and have not received your package by 01/10, please submit a support request through Backerkit, and I will forward it to Blackbox to check the status of your package. For shipments outside the US, please wait until 01/22 before contacting me.
Important: Do not reach out for support via the comments, as I am unable to look up your order that way. If you need support, please submit a request through Backerkit.

Project Update: Shipping Update - Shipping 12/26
Just wanted to let you guys and gals know that I got an update from my shipping partner, and I am pleased to announce we will be shipping the day after Christmas.
If you have not yet resolved your payment method or resolved it after the shipping deadline, which was December 10th, your order will be shipped shortly after the main batch of orders go out.
In observance of the Christmas holiday, I will be out of the office from 12/23 - 12/26. Happy Holidays, everyone!

Project Update: Charging Shipping Today
We will be charging for shipping today. If you pledged to the following tiers, your shipping will not increase from what was originally estimated:
Card Game + Dice
Card Game + Loot
Ultimate Bundle
If you pledged to any of the other tiers, shipping may have changed by a small amount, a large amount, or not at all, depending on your country. This happened less because of holiday rates and more because we are no longer shipping through DriveThruRPG and are now using Blackbox as our shipping partner for all tiers. This change was made because we decided to have the card game manufactured by ShuffledInk instead of DriveThruRPG, which means that shipping of the card game would have to be handled by our shipping partner (Blackbox). Blackbox has higher shipping rates than DriveThruRPG. Shipping estimates for all tiers aside from the ones listed above were originally estimated from an antiquated DriveThruRPG shipping chart.
Orders in the US and Australia are most affected by these price hikes, with US prices increasing by double from $4 to $8, and Australia prices increasing by $11.00. We realize this is a significant amount, so we will be processing refunds for anyone who requests one between now and December 9th. You can submit a refund request through Backerkit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
