As we are nearing the end of January here is a summary of where we are with fulfilment.

UK - Orders are going out now. You should have tracking if you completed your surveys before November. For everyone who completed their survey after this I am passing details to the warehouses every 2 weeks to catch everyone but it means there may be a small delay receiving your rewards.

EU, CA, AUS, Asia and everywhere else - Orders are going out now. You should have tracking if you completed your surveys before November. For everyone who completed their survey after this I am passing details to the warehouses every 2 weeks to catch everyone but it means there may be a small delay receiving your rewards.

US - We hit a couple of delays in warehouse and some orders have been delayed going out. They were processing everyone last week, however the weather is likely to cause delays this week. I will get the tracking numbers up on Backerkit as soon as I have them and expect all backers who completed their survey before November to have received their package in the next 7-10 days, I am processing surveys every 2 weeks to catch latecomers and adding these to the back of the queue so things will move through as quickly as possible.

Digital Files - These are available via your pledge manager survey, look for the digital downloads tab and you will find links to DrivethruRPG which add the files to your DTRPG library free of charge.

I will update again next week to keep you up to date with progress.

Good Moring Edgerunners!

We have today sent out the 48hr notification that we will be charging cards for your last mile shipping and extra purchases.

Backerkit will also send out an email with notice, and then cards will be charged later this week. Please check your details are up to date and correct.

If there are any issues then Backerkit will send out an email to let you know so you can fix them. Don't panic as there is sufficient time in the schedule for everyone to sort out issues and it won't delay your pledge arriving with you!

We are charging your cards now because we have a better idea of the timeline and we are now able to start to plan and book in the "last mile" fulfilment with our warehouses.

What happens next?

We will be locking addresses in early to mid October. Again we will give you plenty of notice for this (but its always worth checking everything is as you would want it now!) and we are doing this now so that we can share the data with our warehouses and plan in the project last mile shipping.

We are delighted to update that we are planning for a factory completion date in October. This is allowing us to begin work on our shipping plans and schedules!

We are really happy with how everything is looking, and delighted that all the reviewing we did with the factory has come together so well.

As you can see from the pictures we still need to finish the prints (cut, laminate etc), complete assembly, pack and pallet which will keep the factory busy for the next few weeks!

And then we are planning on getting everything onto ships at the end of October.

The main challenges we face here are slow shipping pretty much everywhere currently, with UK shipments still having to go the long way around Africa and delays hitting US shipping all adding up, we expect it to take 8-10 weeks to go from factory to warehouses (which is compared to the 6 weeks it used to take).

We will be fulfilling The US backers from our usual warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. The UK, EU and rest of world will be handled by our UK warehouse. 

Now that we have a completion date and are starting the planning process with our warehouses we will be locking orders and charging your cards.

Please can you review your orders to ensure everything is correct and address details are still current. I will give everyone the 48 hour reminder email before I lock orders & addresses.

We are now able to release the digital content to you over the coming days.

We will use Backerkit to share the links with you, these will grant you access to copies of the digital maps and assets for this campaign.

You can find the links in your pledge manager survey under the "Digital Rewards" tab. If you need to recover your survey link you can do so here - https://the-cyberpunk-set.backerkit.com/

You will need a DrivethruRPG account to access the content, these are free and do not require you to input any payment information. The links will add the content to your DTRPG library, where you can download it at your leisure.

We will release the Roll20 content a week or so after the initial digital content so don't worry, it is on the way!

We also need to update you on our timeline for this project.

With the current tariff situation, we feel that a sensible approach would be to get our final mass sampling and safety and chemical testing done in May while we assess how things are changing, with the hope being we can start mass production in June to get this into you hands by the end of the summer.

As a result we will not be locking orders or charging cards until we have a confirmed shipping date.

It is likely we will see some disruption to international Sea Freight when the current situation improves, and we will need to be reasonably agile to minimise the impact of this as well.

We have dealt with challenging situations on previous campaign, and there are a range of options we have at our disposal to minimise the impacts of these current challenges. We are working with experts to predict where things are going so we will be best placed to act quickly when the time comes!
