Just a heads up that this weekend (Feb 21) we will be smoke testing the pledge manager survey.
This means about 4% of you will receive the survey link so we can check everything is working as it should.
Once we've had a check through everything on Monday we'll send the pledg...

Last Weekend, last map poll and just a reminder about the Free Map!!
As we come into our last weekend we are so excited by this campaign and all your support and feedback!
This is our last poll of potential map designs based on...
Just a heads up that this weekend (Feb 21) we will be smoke testing the pledge manager survey.
This means about 4% of you will receive the survey link so we can check everything is working as it should.
Once we've had a check through everything on Monday we'll send the pledge manager out to everyone. There will be an update as well to keep you up to speed with what's happening!
As always any questions or queries you can reach us here of [email protected]
Thanks you all for your support, and your ideas and help voting on your favourite maps.
What Happens Next? Backerkit will now process payments. This takes about 2 weeks, once this is complete we will receive the funds and the project is handed over to us.
We will be using Backerkit's pledge manager survey. It will take us about 2-3 weeks to build and test this, and as this is Christmas we feel it will be easiest to send surveys out in January after the holidays.
As usual the pledge manager is where you confirm your pledge level, add any optional purchases to your order, confirm your address and pay for shipping and any taxes due (for the UK and EU we collect VAT and pay that on all pledges and shipping).
While all this is happening we'll also we busy making the Cyberpunk RED set! Our ESTIMATED timeline is as follows -
Files to printers, trouble shooting, digital sign off and samples - January
Sign off and Mass Manufacture - February
Manufacture complete - April
Freight - May
Last Leg Fulfilment - June
Which brings me neatly onto the outstanding designs!
We will continue to share updates showing the artwork and designs for the maps and tokens, so please do keep sharing your thoughts and ideas, its great to read :)
We are delighted to announce the winning maps from our polls! The following Maps will be added to the Cyberpunk Books of Battle Maps -
Hospital Rooms & Lab Facility
Executive apartment and recreational areas
Low End residential/storage maze
Gang Base set us as a defendable position
When we have completed all the maps and signed off on the files we'll share the digital rewards.
Thank you all again for your help and support on this amazing project. Now, as usual, we cannot wait to get you your rewards to see what you think!!
Our next update will be an update on how the designs are coming along ahead of the holidays!
As usual any questions, queries etc please reach out to us here or [email protected]
We are thrilled with how everything is coming along. Matt has been working on the maps, and we have started sampling with our factory.
We have decided to go with a heavier card for the Cyberpunk Master box, and a laminated closed tuck case for the Cyberpunk Set. We have gone back to ask for new samples to confirm the materials, and this will now arrive after Chinese New Year in mid February.
While our factory is enjoying their holiday, we will use the time to finish the map designs and start laying out the wonderful mission "Missing Marbles" which we absolutely love (thanks to Linda Evans for some wonderful work here!!)
We do regret that the pledge manager will be delayed until after CNY so you will be receiving your emails next month. This is due to a change in materials so we need to reconfirm weights. Please reach out if you have any questions or queries, we'll update again with details on how to complete the pledge manager next month.
Here is a look at what Matt has been working on for the maps.
This pair of Cargo Ship designs will make a whole ship map if the books are laid out side by side.
LEFT: Cargo Ship Design from Volume 1 RIGHT: Cargo Ship Design from Volume 2
These have been made so then can also line up with the Storage Yard designs to show part of a ship in dock.
TOP: Cargo Ship Design from Volume 1 BOTTOM: Storage Yard Design from Volume 2
TOP: Storage Yard Design from Volume 1 BOTTOM: Cargo Ship Design from Volume 2
And if you've got two Cyberpunk Sets, like in the Everything +1 pledge, you could set up an epic dockside scene.
As we approach our Christmas break we wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how the maps are coming along.
Design Showcase: Back Rooms
We'd like to show you the 'Back Rooms' designs from each volume of the Cyberpunk Set. The goal of these designs it to provide a multi purpose set of indoor rooms and corridors, something detailed yet still generic enough to use for lots of locations.
These will be perfect for customizing with the decals!
Volume-1: Back Rooms
In Volume 1 the design focuses on interconnected rooms.
Volume 2: Back Rooms
In Volume 2 we have a set of corridors linking the rooms.
With two volumes in the set you can play around with how the books are laid out next to each other to make various layouts, for example:
Of course with mutiple pages you can swap around designs in each such as this combination of Back Streets (Vol1) and City Bar (Vol2)
We wish you all happy holidays, and we'll update again in the new year with news on the pledge manager!
