As we are nearing the end of January here is a summary of where we are with fulfilment.

US - We hit a couple of delays in warehouse and some orders have been delayed going out. They were processing everyone last week, however the weather is likely to cause delays this week. I will get the tracking numbers up on Backerkit as soon as I have them and expect all backers who completed their survey before November to have received their package in the next 7-10 days, I am processing surveys every 2 weeks to catch latecomers and adding these to the back of the queue so things will move through as quickly as possible.
Digital Files - These are available via your pledge manager survey, look for the digital downloads tab and you will find links to DrivethruRPG which add the files to your DTRPG library free of charge.

We have exciting news this update!
US Backers - The container arrived just before the warehouse closed for Christmas. Stock is now received and checked in, and the warehouse is preparing to start fulfilment next week. Our US warehouse is in Atlanta, GA, and the courier will send a tracking email to you directly so keep an eye out for this.
UK, EU, Asia, Aus, NZ and CA - The container has just arrived in the UK and we are expecting it to be delivered to the warehouse next week. Once we have the stock delivered and counted into the warehouse we'll be able to share when fulfilment can begin.
We are delighted to announce that the Cyberpunk Set is on the move! We had a few minor delays leaving factory and booking space, however we're now able to share some details and ETAs!
The US shipment is "on the water", and it is due in port mid December. I am afraid at this stage the ETA we have is likely to push back, and we also have to allow for customs and road transport to warehouse, but I'm reasonably confident we'll have stock in the US warehouse before the Christmas break.
This is the stock for our US Backers.
For the UK, EU, CA, AUS, NZ, Asia and everywhere else the shipment is heading to our UK Warehouse. The ship leaves at the end of this week (we had to wait awhile to get space on a ship) and the transit still has to go round Africa as the Suez is not currently an option. Given the longer transit times I would expect this to be in the UK Warehouse in early January.
Backers should expect to receive their rewards around the end of January, possible pushing into early February depending on where you are, we have to allow time for the warehouses to receive and check in deliveries, and fit the project in around their other projects. I know both warehouses are exceptionally busy at this time of year so we are doing everything we can to prepare in advance to speed things up as much as we can.
We are super excited to get you these maps! They have come out so well and we really hope you love them as much as we do!
Please remember that all the digital content has been released, and you can access your links via your Backerkit Pledge Manager Survey. If you have completed your Survey you will be receiving your rewards in wave 1! We have, of course, allowed extra stock to make sure all backers and pre orders are covered, however if we don't have your info soon from the survey there may be a small delay processing. Project Update - Locking Addresses. Please ensure we have the correct address!
Now we are approaching the point where we leave the factory, which is later this month, we need to share your data with our warehouse partners so we can plan and book in the last mile shipping, which will be from our US & UK warehouses to your door.
This means that we will need to lock addresses. I will be doing this today with notice so you will receive a notification that addresses will be locked in 48 hours. This is your chance to review and make sure your details are correct in your Backerkit Survey.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct address details. We will not be able to refund or replace items that are sent to incorrect addresses.
If you need to change your address after we lock then of course this it is possible, you can email me store @ lokeltd.co.uk or message me on this platform as it will be a manual process to update your details with the warehouse.
For the rest of this month we will be finalising shipping plans and working with our partners to get sea freight booked in and get all the paperwork signed off.
Once we have everything in cartons, palletised and booked to go then I can share ship names so we can track the maps as they set sail around the Globe!

We are delighted to update that we are planning for a factory completion date in October. This is allowing us to begin work on our shipping plans and schedules!
Here are some progress pictures from the factory of how everything is looking!
We are really happy with how everything is looking, and delighted that all the reviewing we did with the factory has come together so well.
As you can see from the pictures we still need to finish the prints (cut, laminate etc), complete assembly, pack and pallet which will keep the factory busy for the next few weeks!
And then we are planning on getting everything onto ships at the end of October.
The main challenges we face here are slow shipping pretty much everywhere currently, with UK shipments still having to go the long way around Africa and delays hitting US shipping all adding up, we expect it to take 8-10 weeks to go from factory to warehouses (which is compared to the 6 weeks it used to take).
We will be fulfilling The US backers from our usual warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. The UK, EU and rest of world will be handled by our UK warehouse.

Now that we have a completion date and are starting the planning process with our warehouses we will be locking orders and charging your cards.

As we progress through sampling, procurement and testing and onto manufacturing I wanted to share a look at everything we are making.
The samples in this video are everything that is included in the Cyberpunk Master Set pledge level. Apologies its video'd on my kitchen floor as there is so much in this box that I could not lay it all out anywhere else!
The maps are huge, we're thrilled with how the tokens look and the box is amazing!
We are commencing mass manufacture shortly as we are coming to the end of the procurement phase for materials (which has been a little more complex than usual given the fluctuating demand for materials). Which means we can get all the testing done and get on with printing very soon!
Once I have a completion date I will be able to share ship names and ETAs in warehouses. At time of writing the tariff situation for the US is still 30% but we continue to monitor this closely. Given the uncertainty it is likely I will not know the exact situation on tariffs until the stock clears customs in The US. We will keep you informed with any developments here of course.

We will release the Roll20 content a week or so after the initial digital content so don't worry, it is on the way!
We also need to update you on our timeline for this project.
With the current tariff situation, we feel that a sensible approach would be to get our final mass sampling and safety and chemical testing done in May while we assess how things are changing, with the hope being we can start mass production in June to get this into you hands by the end of the summer.
As a result we will not be locking orders or charging cards until we have a confirmed shipping date.
It is likely we will see some disruption to international Sea Freight when the current situation improves, and we will need to be reasonably agile to minimise the impact of this as well.
We have dealt with challenging situations on previous campaign, and there are a range of options we have at our disposal to minimise the impacts of these current challenges. We are working with experts to predict where things are going so we will be best placed to act quickly when the time comes!
