Both our US and UK warehouses have now sent out all the packages for backers, and tracking will have been emailed to you, and is available in your backerkit survey.

As we are nearing the end of January here is a summary of where we are with fulfilment.
UK - Orders are going out now. You should have tracking if you completed your surveys before November. For everyone who completed their survey after this I am passing details to the warehouses every 2 weeks to catch everyone but it means there may be a small delay receiving your rewards.
EU, CA, AUS, Asia and everywhere else - Orders are going out now. You should have tracking if you completed your surveys before November. US - We hit a couple of delays in warehouse and some orders have been delayed going out. They were processing everyone last week, however the weather is likely to cause delays this week. I will get the tracking numbers up on Backerkit as soon as I have them and expect all backers who completed their survey before November to have received their package in the next 7-10 days, I am processing surveys every 2 weeks to catch latecomers and adding these to the back of the queue so things will move through as quickly as possible.
Digital Files - These are available via your pledge manager survey, look for the digital downloads tab and you will find links to DrivethruRPG which add the files to your DTRPG library free of charge.
I will update again next week to keep you up to date with progress.
US Backers - The container arrived just before the warehouse closed for Christmas. Stock is now received and checked in, and the warehouse is preparing to start fulfilment next week. Our US warehouse is in Atlanta, GA, and the courier will send a tracking email to you directly so keep an eye out for this.
UK, EU, Asia, Aus, NZ and CA - The container has just arrived in the UK and we are expecting it to be delivered to the warehouse next week. Once we have the stock delivered and counted into the warehouse we'll be able to share when fulfilment can begin.
We are delighted to announce that the Cyberpunk Set is on the move! We had a few minor delays leaving factory and booking space, however we're now able to share some details and ETAs!
The US shipment is "on the water", and it is due in port mid December. I am afraid at this stage the ETA we have is likely to push back, and we also have to allow for customs and road transport to warehouse, but I'm reasonably confident we'll have stock in the US warehouse before the Christmas break.

For the UK, EU, CA, AUS, NZ, Asia and everywhere else the shipment is heading to our UK Warehouse. The ship leaves at the end of this week (we had to wait awhile to get space on a ship) and the transit still has to go round Africa as the Suez is not currently an option. Given the longer transit times I would expect this to be in the UK Warehouse in early January.
Backers should expect to receive their rewards around the end of January, possible pushing into early February depending on where you are, we have to allow time for the warehouses to receive and check in deliveries, and fit the project in around their other projects. I know both warehouses are exceptionally busy at this time of year so we are doing everything we can to prepare in advance to speed things up as much as we can.
We are super excited to get you these maps! They have come out so well and we really hope you love them as much as we do!
Please remember that all the digital content has been released, and you can access your links via your Backerkit Pledge Manager Survey. If you have completed your Survey you will be receiving your rewards in wave 1! We have, of course, allowed extra stock to make sure all backers and pre orders are covered, however if we don't have your info soon from the survey there may be a small delay processing. So if you are yet to complete your survey please do it now to avoid delays when we begin fulfilment. And if you are considering a late pledge or adding more items to your order then this is the time!

And finally... Our Dungeon Reignited Kickstarter is Live now!! Featuring all new dungeon maps, this set of 2 modular books means less drawing and more adventuring. We are back on Kickstarter for this campaign, and there are lots of extras we are making as well!
Now we are approaching the point where we leave the factory, which is later this month, we need to share your data with our warehouse partners so we can plan and book in the last mile shipping, which will be from our US & UK warehouses to your door.
This means that we will need to lock addresses. I will be doing this today with notice so you will receive a notification that addresses will be locked in 48 hours. This is your chance to review and make sure your details are correct in your Backerkit Survey.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct address details. We will not be able to refund or replace items that are sent to incorrect addresses.
If you need to change your address after we lock then of course this it is possible, you can email me store @ lokeltd.co.uk or message me on this platform as it will be a manual process to update your details with the warehouse.
For the rest of this month we will be finalising shipping plans and working with our partners to get sea freight booked in and get all the paperwork signed off.
Once we have everything in cartons, palletised and booked to go then I can share ship names so we can track the maps as they set sail around the Globe!
