Project Update: International shipping update
Hi Everyone!
It has indeed been a little while since our last update -- we've been waiting on some confirmation from our fulfillment warehouse, and here's what we're told as of this morning:
It has indeed been a little while since our last update -- we've been waiting on some confirmation from our fulfillment warehouse, and here's what we're told as of this morning:
- All domestic/North American orders have shipped. If that includes you, you should have gotten your package by now. If you haven't, please check to be sure you've completed your survey, and if you have, please reach out to [email protected]. You should have received a shipping verification with tracking information from Quartermaster Logistics when your package went out. If you missed that, you may want to check your spam filter... Otherwise, the above CS email will help you out.
- EU/UK order inventory is heading to Zatu Games in the UK for fulfillment. That inventory should arrive soon (if not already -- we're waiting for receipt confirmation from Zatu). Once they have the inventory, they should be able to get the orders turned around very quickly. They will send address verification emails and tracking information.
- Asia order inventory is heading to VFI in Fujian (just south of Shanghai) for fulfillment. That inventory should arrive soon (estimated 10/13). Once they have the inventory, they should also be able to get the orders turned around very quickly. Those orders tend to be routed through your nearest retailer.
- AU/NZ order inventory is heading to Aetherworks just outside of Sydney for fulfillment. That inventory should arrive soon (by air freight). Once they have the inventory, they should be able to get the orders turned around very quickly as well. They will also send address verification emails and tracking information once assembled.
So everyone should have their stuff within the next few weeks. Sorry it has taken a bit longer for you, international backers -- International coordination, customs, and courier negotiations have become a lot more complicated this year, but we're working through all of the new paradigms as best as we can.
For those of you who see the books listed on Amazon, it is possible that Holmes and Arsene are old listings posted by Diamond Comics (our previous distributor who is no longer in business), so unless those retailers still have inventory, it's very unlikely they actually have the books to ship. It is equally unlikely that they have the new JEKYLL book as our new distributor only just got copies recently. And it is impossible that anyone else has the limited edition clamshell boxed set or bonus items offered exclusively in the campaign. We totally understand how seeing listings online can be alarming, but Amazon listing requirements are 10+ months in advance of actual release, so they are not always accurate.
If you have any questions, let us know.
Thanks, everyone!
