Project Update: Emotional Support Tier Error

This is an update specifically for the Emotional Support pledge tier! So if that isn’t you feel free to ignore this update!
Finally found the issue of why people were being charged shipping! Returning backers, folks who backed both my collab partner’s and my campaigns, and folks who backed 6+ Oddies and Obscura campaigns get physical freebies and those freebies were automatically added to applicable carts, even the digital-only emotional support tier.
So! I can remove the rewards manually but I don’t want to do so unless you tell me to since you *did* earn those rewards. Here’s some options:
1: Let me know you would still like the physical rewards
This will mean you still have to pay for shipping, as an fyi!
2: Put off getting the rewards until later
Thinking about ordering later via the pre order store? I can hold on to your rewards and send them then!
3: No rewards please
If you would rather not have the rewards at all, that’s fine! Just let me know.
I’ll hold off doing anything for a week (in time for the next order lock) unless you specifically ask me to do any of the options above. I am going to do an order lock and charge today though so if you’re still deciding make sure you don’t finish your survey yet!
