"Gacha spin" means one draw from the gacha machine to receive a pin at random from one of the included capsules. They are Japanese machines similar to the capsule machines you may know from arcades and bowling alleys!

Base goal just unlocks Dullahan, but all designs that are unlocked by the end of the campaign duration are included in the pool of available pin designs inside the machine.

For this one, duplicates won't be exchanged.
