About Us: Mochiville is an art shop based in Richmond Hill, Ontario (Canada). Inspired by everything cute and magical, we hope to spread joy to others through enamel pins, stickers, bookmarks, art prints, and more!
To support a Backerkit project, pledge to one of the pledge levels. In our Backerkit campaign, you can customize your pledge with extra add-ons.
Backerkit works as a "Pledge now, Pay Later" system. You will NOT be charged until the end of the campaign (Nov 1st, 2025), and only if the campaign reaches its initial funding goal.
You can change or cancel your pledge at any time before the campaign ends. Backerkit will email you a reminder when the campaign ends!
We recommend pledging early to help unlock designs. If you wait for your desired designs to be unlocked before pledging, it may make it more difficult overall to reach the stretch goal. Pledging early enables you to take advantage of Early Bird perks as well! You can always change or cancel your pledge at any point before the campaign ends.
How will I be charged? You will be charged at the end of the campaign (Nov 1st) for your pledged amount (total for pledged items). You will be charged shipping & any applicable taxes (Canadian) as a separate charge at a later date after surveys are completed.
What are surveys? Surveys are forms emailed out to backers after the campaign has ended to collect important information regarding your pledge, such as shipping addresses and final item lists (you inform us of which pins you would like). It is important to submit your survey response because we cannot fulfill your Backerkit rewards without it.
Why Backerkit? When you pledge, it helps us fund the production of our pins and in return, you get your choice of pins at a discounted price with freebies, exclusives, or special bundle deals! Extra pins after this Backerkit campaign will be sold on our online stores (Etsy & Shopify) at a higher price*
*Please note that extra pins from this campaign will be sold at a higher price, but may be subject to competitive pricing for online seasonal sales, wholesale retailers, and in-person markets/pop-up events.

VAT & Customs Fees: Backers are responsible for any VAT or customs fees related to their package. Mochiville will not be responsible for any VAT or customs fees.

Due to the current US-Canada situation, shipping to the US from Canada has changed.
For this campaign, we will be using either a 3PL service or DDP postage to fulfill US pledges. Please note that US shipping has increased to cover most of the fees associated with shipping to the US (tariffs, duties, and taxes, etc.).
DDP Postage
Our shipping provider's DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) postage uses FedEx, DHL and UPS. The majority of the fees associated with shipping to the US (tariffs, duties, and taxes, etc.) will be prepaid with this option.
3PL Fulfillment Service Within the US
This option allows us to fulfill US orders with a third-party within the USA. Most fees associated with shipping to the US (tariffs, duties, and taxes, etc.) will also be prepaid with this option.
We estimate that rewards will be shipped around March 2026. We hope that US-Canada relations will improve by the time of fulfillment. We will try our best to keep everyone updated on the shipping situation! In the worst-case scenario that we are unable to ship to the US, we will cancel and issue full refunds to all US backers.

Oct 21st- Nov 1st: Pintober 2025 Duration (12 Days).
Nov 3rd: Backerkit surveys are sent out (please check your emails!).
Nov 14th: Funds arrive from Backerkit.
Nov 15th: Backerkit survey responses are due!
Nov 16th: Surveys are locked and cards are charged.
Nov 20th: Pin production begins!
Mid - Late Feb: Pins arrive to us. We begin to package everyone's rewards!
Early - Mid March: Pins are shipped out to backers!!
Production: Enamel pins are hand-made and can sometimes have flaws (such as slow-filled enamel, colour variation, scratches...etc). All backers will receive an A-Grade quality pin from us.
