We just wanted to share a quick update on US pledge fulfillment. All our products have arrived at White Squirrel's warehouse in Everett, Washington. White Squirrel's staff is currently counting all the products and will give an ETA on fulfillment soon.
We apologize for the delay in shipping US pledges. We needed to obtain CUSMA certifications and receive DDP approval with our shipping carrier before shipping our boxes from Canada to the US. Here is a photo of the boxes at the post office in Canada before being shipped to the US. These boxes contain 1000+ pins, sticker sheets, art prints, and keychains ready for fulfillment.

Our newest collection of enamel pins, Weapons of Heroes - Series 5, just launched on Backerkit yesterday as part of Pin Quest 2026! We are excited to announce that all pin designs have been unlocked! Early-bird pledge tiers and freebies end tomorrow (June 18, 2026, at 3 PM EDT)!
Just wanted to provide an update! The Boop the Ghost keychains arrived last week, and they look so great! We love how they turned out 🧡. We have already shipped out all remaining Canadian and international (outside Canada & USA) pledges that needed the final product, the keychains, to arrive.

🇺🇸 USA Pledge Fulfillment Update 🇺🇸
We apologize for the delay in shipping out US pledges. We have signed a contract with White Squirrel, a third-party fulfillment company based in Everett, Washington (USA) that specializes in fulfilling BackerKit & Kickstarter projects. White Squirrel just finished fulfilling several Backerkit & Kickstarter projects last month. Hopefully, we are the next project to get fulfilled. We are waiting for final confirmation from White Squirrel before shipping the pins from Canada to their warehouse. All the campaign products (enamel pins, art prints, and keychains) are packed and ready for shipment.

We also wanted to share a quick preview of our upcoming pin collection, Weapons of Heroes Enamel Pin Collection - Series 5. This new pin collection will feature pin designs inspired by mythology and fantasy RPGs.

I wanted to share that we have finished quality checking and backed 1500+ pins ready for fulfillment! The freebie art print arrived and looks great! We are still waiting for the last item, the keychains, to arrive (production of the keychains was completed last week and is currently in transit to us). In the meantime, we have already begun fulfilling pledges with the items that are ready to ship. Here are some photos of the pins and packed orders.

The majority of Canadian and International pledges (outside of Canada & US) have been fulfilled. We have already dropped off packages and sent out tracking numbers (please check your email inbox).
If your order was fulfilled by PostNL (Post Netherlands), you may see a blank page or an error page at first. The tracking link page may need to be refreshed several times to display accurate tracking updates. You may also check the same tracking number with your domestic shipping carrier once the package has been handed off to the last-mile carrier (domestic shipping carrier of the shipping address).
For pledges fulfilled by PostNL (Post Netherlands) and APC, there is no return service, and returned shipments will be disposed of by the carrier if undeliverable. If your package becomes undeliverable, please message us on Backerkit or via email: [email protected].
If your order included a keychain, we have set your package aside and will ship your rewards as soon as the keychains arrive!

After the keychains arrive, we will be sending our pins, keychains, and art prints from Canada to a third-party fulfillment company in the US for fulfilling US pledges. Your order will be fulfilled within the US, and hopefully, there will be fewer duty fees and taxes by using a third-party fulfillment company. We will provide another update once everything is ready to ship to the US.

We just wanted to give a mini update! We received more sample photos of the pins from our manufacturer! We are loving how Boop the Ghost and the Mini Crow pin has turned out!
Updated Estimated Timeline:
Our manufacturer has informed us that if everything goes as scheduled, the pins will be ready to ship to us sometime next week! 🎉 Since the pins are taking slightly longer than expected to finish production, our estimated timeline is as follows:

Early April: Pins shipped to us. We begin to package everyone's rewards! Late April - Early May: Pledges are fulfilled and shipped to backers via 3PL fulfillment (US Pledges) or regular shipping fulfillment within Canada (Canada & International (Non-US) Pledges)
For our backers based in the US, we are currently reviewing a contract with a 3PL company located in Washington State and discussing shipping options. It is currently difficult to predict final shipping costs due to the changing tariff situation, but we will provide an update once we are closer to fulfillment. Thank you!

We received more photos of our pin samples from our manufacturer. Please note that the pins in these photos do not yet have the screenprinting details applied. The pins are looking great so far, and we can't wait to see them all finished soon! They are currently in mass production.

We are fully funded with all pin designs and campaign items unlocked. We also have several freebies and a Backerkit exclusive pin in the collection.
