I pledged for the core rulebook in digital and physical form. When will we get the digital rulebook? You said we'd get it in December and since it's an existing product, distributing it would appear to be simple. Please let us know.

I noticed while browsing the store on the Monte Cook Games website that the digital / PDF version of the Prop Kit from this Backerkit appears to be available. Is there a reason as to why we haven't seen a coupon come through for that yet? Is the one currently in the store a different product?

Hey there family! We've got some mighty snow fall keepin' the Kansas warehouse in the US shut, and slowin' the UK warehouse which services the UK and Europe! Please be assured things are being dug out, and we're resuming normal service ASAP. We hope everyone is staying safe and warm! :)

Just wanted to check if we had any news on the additional adventure for backers of the previous campaign. The lastest info I got says "All’s Well is a new adventure written by Shanna Germain, the game’s lead designer. We’ll deliver it to you as a PDF, for free, shortly after the Deeper Still pledge manager closes in November." But I don't think I've heard any news about it, and we're a bit past November now. Not sure if it's just delayed (which is fine, just want to know) or if there was a problem and I wasn't ID'd as a previous backer to receive it?

When will we receive the Core Rulebook and other already-existing items? The timeline says December. I sent an email to Monte Cook Games and haven't received a reply nearly two weeks later. I'm fine to wait if there's a delay, but I would like a response on when we can start to expect the items we paid for.
