Just a super quick "mini"-update: The shipping fee setup is complete and the Backerkit support approved my shipping settings, yay!

Shipping will be charged as stated in the Backerkit project. If your order weights a bit less than expected you will also pay less <3

IMPORTANT: If you'd like to choose local pick-up at DoKomi convention at my booth (hall 3 booth J39) please set your shipping method to "local pick-up" as soon as possible/within the next 2 days! Local pick-up is listed as an own option in the drop-down menu of the country-section. Please only select this option if you pick up your order in person 1000%. Thank you!

When receiving the "charge card notice" you'll have a two-day timeframe to check the shipping method. After that, your cards will be charged. If you notice a weirdly high or low shipping rate, please let me know at any time <3 I'm always glad to help!

If you'd like to get a combined shipping with your ita bag order from my other campaign, please let me know until May 7th the latest (please send an email to [email protected]). I already received many emails and started marking these orders, thank you so much!

Last but not least: Please make sure your credit cards work properly. I can only ship those orders that were paid in full <3

Heyhey everyone,

It’s time for the next update! A lot has happened in the meantime <3

First things first: The pins are almost finished! They’ll be shipped to me in two batches at the end of April/beginning of May and should arrive during the first or second week of May. Here are a few preview images:

I’ll start charging your credit cards soon (you'll receive an info email as soon as the Backerkit support has approved the shipping settings). After that, in early May, I’ll lock the addresses. Until then, you can still update your addresses - for example, if you’re moving or have just moved - but after that, changes won’t be possible.

I plan to start shipping the rewards on May 11th.

If you’ve backed both of my campaigns and only want to pay for shipping once, please send me a direct message here or an e-mail to [email protected]. Shipping will have to be paid now, but any overpayment will be credited to your account before the cards are charged for the Ita campaign. According to Backerkit Support, this is the easiest way to handle this.

Please note that in this case, you’ll have to wait until July/August to receive the rewards from both campaigns. If you’d like to receive your rewards sooner, you’ll unfortunately have to pay double shipping. You’ll then receive two separate shipments. Please keep in mind that rewards will only be shipped once all rewards and shipping costs have been paid in full.

Local Pick-up
If you’ll be at DoKomi at the end of May, you can also pick up your rewards right there on-site <3 In that case, you won’t have to pay any shipping costs. To do this, please go back to the survey and change the shipping address to “local pick-up” (IMPORTANT: The local pick-up option unlocks as soon as the BK support approved the shipping settings. It's not available NOW). Please only select this option if you’re definitely attending DoKomi and can pick up your order. Please show your order confirmation email and tell me your backer number <3

To my American supporters: Please keep in mind that approximately 15% in customs duties will need to be paid on your shipments. UPS will send you an email, and you can easily pay online. Shipping via UPS takes less than a week if the customs fees are paid promptly - so you’ll receive your rewards quickly <3

I’ll do my best to ship the rewards as soon as possible. But please keep in mind that I have over 400 orders to pack and ship, and I’m just a one-woman business :D I’m trying to get a friend to help with packing tho <3 Thanks for your patience!

By the way, the Omamoris look amazing too <3

You will still be able to change your address later but you will not be able to edit your item selection anymore <3 I need to place the orders with my manus asap to avoid any delays. Thank you! <3

If you haven't received your survey or have issues opening or completing the survey please let me know via DM or reach out to [email protected]. Sometimes the survey causes issues on mobile devices so, if possible, try to use a computer to complete it <3

Hello everyone,

It's time for a big update! A lot has happened since last Friday. I'll summarize it in bullet points and then elaborate on them below. That way, you can read through what applies to you and/or interests you.

First things first: All errors (that I am aware of) have now been fixed - so please go through your survey again and check that all the information is correct. I'm extending the deadline to next Wednesday (March 11, 2026) so that you all have enough time to correct your entries. I'll then lock the orders and place the order with my manufacturer (addresses can still be edited after that step, no worries). Please feel free to contact me at any time either by email ([email protected]) or via Discord (which is faster; https://discord.gg/AnkAvR66). 

1. Problems opening/completing the Backer Survey.
I heard that some of you had problems opening the Backer Survey. I contacted support and asked for help. This is the response I received:

'If backers are having issues accessing their survey, I recommend having them clear their cache. They can then log in to their BackerKit account to retrieve their survey, or use our survey recovery tool if they do not have an account. If they continue to run into any issues, please have them contact our Backer Support Team from here for further assistance.'

From my own experience, it works better using a desktop version (mobile has issues loading all product pictures). You can also try to use the ‘desktop mode’ on your mobile device if you don't own a computer.

2. Items I pledged for did not appear in the survey.
Although I ran a smoke test, some errors did not become apparent during the test phase. This mainly affects those backers who selected the Mystery Mixes for non-shiny and only shiny. These items were not linked correctly. I was finally able to fix this today with help of the BK support.

3. Freebies that I qualify for did not appear in the survey.
This mainly affects backers who made a pre-launch reservation. Instead of a mini pin (the PokéHeart pins), a board filler pin was linked as an incentive. This was incorrect. The correct pin has now been linked to your rewards, so please edit your selection again and choose a mini pin of your choice. Thank you!

The Ayumi freebie pin for pledging both of my projects does not visually appear in the backer survey. I'll manually add it when shipping the orders <3

4. The free shipping code for the shop did not work.
This mainly affects backers who live in the USA. Since the shipping situation here is very difficult to assess and sometimes a few extra grams can cost €10-20 more in shipping, the USA is currently excluded from free shipping. I am very sorry about this. I hope that the situation will improve for us by the time of shipping.

5. Extras for the Patreon level.
The freebie sticker is now selectable for the Patreon level. It was not available before. Please edit your survey again if you would like to receive the freebie sticker. If you are a Patreon Level Backer and have added 3 or more Mystery Mixes as an add-on, please send me a DM or e-mail to let me know which mini pin you would like as an extra. Patrons otherwise had no opportunity to receive this extra.

I am very sorry that many of you had problems opening or filling out the survey v.v Since the project is very complex and had so many different options, it was not easy to set up the survey and test it in advance for all eventualities.
